“Kivrikzade Hotel” on Cunda Island /Alibey Island/ is one of the most beautiful hotels on this paradisiac place. The hotel is located on the beach with unforgettable view to the nearby islands, gulf and Ayvalik and in same time on minutes walking distance from the historic center and main attractions of the island. The rooms in the hotel are enough spacious and well-appointed with stylish furniture. Breakfast is rich and tasteful, served during the summer on the spacious terrace of neighbor “Kivrik Hotel”. I recommend this hotel to all the tourists, which have desire to stay in one calm and beautiful place.

Great location overlooking the sea and easy car trip into Ayvalik and an easy stroll to the Cunda Markets. The host was lovely and breakfast was not only delicious but incredibly generous. The room was enormous and the bathroom a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony had furniture so that you could sit and enjoy the sunset.

We had a lovely time and a good rest! The hotel is beautiful and located in a quite area of Cunda, views are amazing and dolphins can often be spotted in a close distance. The staff is very helpful, friendly and caring. Breakfast is delicious but overwhelming in quantity. We would love to visit it again!

The hotel is really great. The location is wonderful, seafront and a 10-15 minutes walk to the old city centre. The rooms look amazing and they are really large. The staff was always trying to help. The breakfast had a wide range of food and it was also delicious. We have really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a hidden gem. Period. Location at the seaside, welcoming and helpful staff, confy room with great sea view, parking spots in garage, is adult only so you'll have a great rest. Is also situated just at 10 min walk from the Cunda downtown. I highly recommend it for all those who need a silent and private vacation.

The rooms and facilities are great, private beach was mostly empty while we were there and there was no noise or any other disturbance anytime during our stay. Was a very relaxing vacation for us. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They can recommend good restaurants within walking distance, so feel free to ask them if you don’t know the area. Thanks to the hotel’s location, you can leave the car in the hotel and walk to the center to not get bothered with the traffic and parking problem in the center of the island. Also, get the sea view rooms if available, the view is worth the extra cost.

The breakfast could be improved a bit, it’s decent enough but there’s not much variety.

There is no lift, which is a little problem if you are on the second floor. Anyway, they helped me with the baggage.
