Beach front beautiful beach and service is great

They gave us the worse room. It was in front of the elevator and garden view. They have better rooms with views even it was available. They didn’t offer us free upgrade. My friend paid the same price, she was upgraded.

It was immaculately clean. The pier over the water was a nice place to spend the day. It was nice, that as soon as we walked out to find a seat, someone would come and get us cushions and set it up. We never had to wait. Towels were readily available. Liked have the spa and the thermal baths.

The dinner and dining room. I felt like cafeteria food and a cafeteria setting. The breakfast was good. Dinner was not so good. The only option for a drink was water. No one ever asked if you wanted something else. Maybe a glass of wine would be nice. Coffee after dinner was extra. It was hard to get service for drinks and snacks and once you did they never came back to see if you’d like a refill or to take you empty dishes, which is a problem because the cats try to get in them.

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and beach . I loved my early morning swims before breakfast and the pool being open from 8am was great. The hotel , pool areas , beach and jetty were exceptionally clean . We loved being able to sunbathe on the jetty and dip into the sea. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a good selection, I really liked the bottle of water given with your meal every night. We sat outside to eat most evenings, all was very well organised.

Beach is perfect. Food was very good with a lot of variety, there was something for everyone and most of the dishes were tasty. Perfect value for the money.

Free drinks could have better quality. Coffee is quite bad. The bar is outrageously expensive. You can see this by the amount of people ordering drinks by the beach (non-existent). The hotel would benefit from dropping the prices for their drinks and they would be able to sell a lot more and earn a lot more.

The Hotel is close to the Boyalik beach, with a great view. I stayed 3 nights there, Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the Rooms and Hotel areas were very clean, You clean enjoy the Food variety for the most tastes, and it is mainly Turkish cuisine. You will Love the sea view from your rooms, the best Place for relaxing. I would recommend this Hotel to every one.

It not worth to mention small issues by this wonder full Hotel, Just if house keeping checks the minibar and Bathroom facilities, that you should not to call for every thing, it will be perfect.

Stayed at luxe for 2 days romantic getaway there and everything was perfect. Great service, room cleanliness, pristine sea water, great location, fantastic sea views, excellent assortment and quality of food. Highly recommend 👍🏻!

The hotel location, the beach, the spa.

The staff need to be more smiley to the clients. The food was below average although there was a variation of choices.

Both breakfast and dinner were beyond our expectations. The variety of foods, Salads and desserts were more than one can handle and most importantly the tastes and quality were well above average standards.

Shower base seemed slippery and some accessories inside bathroom were outdated like, Saop holder and garbage can.

Great location. Great access to the beach. Beach was well kept. Friendly staff all around. Sweeping sea views if you opt for a sea view room.

Breakfast was average at best. Food quality just wasn’t to standard of a 5 star hotel. Service at the pool and beach side was practically non existent or very slow.
