Gorgeous hotel. Everything luxe and apparently good condition. Beds were very comfortable. Mini bar well stocked. Decent selection of toiletries and refreshments. Slippers were provided as well as towelling gown. Laundry facility was offered. The staff were very helpful albeit not every staff could communicate well in English language.

Few staff were able to communicate well in English but with their broken English and my broken Turkish we got by. Reception wanted to charge me again for the reservation even though I'd already paid via Booking.com. Our passports were kept aside overnight by the receptionist while he confirmed this with the manager.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful with lots of local dishes ,fruit , vegetables, pastries and really lovely fresh breads. Room service food was absolutely first class. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to do whatever they could to make our stay a really happy one. We really appreciated the beautiful complimentary platter of fruit which was put in our room for us on arrival. The room was spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The spa was wonderful with a great choice of treatments including a full hamam experience. Thank you Selahattin, Mehmet and Seyithen for taking care of us so well during our stay!

Location. Staff very helpful. Fabulous breakfast. Fresh fruit on arrival was a lovely surprise.

Was informed that I needed to upgrade to a room with private facilities rather than the room booked. I did this but found out on arrival that this had not been necessary. I suspect a marketing ploy by the hotel which was rather disappointing.

great hotel and great staff. very friendly and helpful. Top marks for Seyithan who really helped to return an item we left in a taxi. Would love to visit this hotel again. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable.

Really nice big rooms, very good and rich breakfast.

Reception and front door staff does not speak any English, difficult to communicate. Front door staff is not helpful with luggage to/from taxi.

The buffet breakfast was superb The staff were extremely helpful and friendly Certainly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.Top marks for everything
