Breakfast was starting at 0600 and that came very handy. Quality of food was as expected. The neighborhood had everything you need, like opportunity for shopping, dining out, cafes and bars etc.

The hotel offered free parking, but that actually meant parking in the Mall's parking area nearby, if there was an empty slot. Or could park by chance on the busy street in front of the hotel. Although the room was a non-smoking one, the smell of it was like smoke-house. There was continuous smoke coming from the staff-room, that wake us up even midnight.

The location is very good. The breakfast start at 6 AM which is perfect. Big mall across the street. Lots of street parking space. Bathroom full with amenities. Staff speaks good English, very helpful and ready to assist. The best thing about this hotel are the people that work there.

It is more to expect from a 5 star hotel. I would honestly give it 4 stars. The room is okay, but the bathroom needs restoration. The aircon was very noisy and not possible to use if you want a calm sleep. Breakfast is satisfactory, nothing special.

Good location, close to highway and restaurant area. Comfortable bed for my taste (medium hard like). internet speeds quite good. I could say value for money. Good breakfast.

no soundproofing rooms can disturb you rest by other guests if noisy and a constant beeping from nearby mall. some mould in the bathroom shower area. restaurant dinners disappointing and expensive in contrast with nearby restaurants. gym area equipments quite old and needs some repairs.

the property very busy but the staff still have time for you. it is 20 min away from the olan bazar, but the hotel is opposite the ozdilec shopping complex, and round the corner is casabah which has star bucks. it’s walking distance to restaurants and close to the airplane park and ES park Shopping Center. When ordering room service, no one picked up the phone, and we had to go down to reception physically to order food to the room

The location is perfect with a shopping mall directly across the road. Room didn’t smell like smoke. Mini bar had some items and wifi is great. Hotel is quiet , can’t hear other guests. Stayed in room 208.

We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were given coffee while we waited.

everything was ok, the staff, room & facilities was ok, the breakfast was simple and price is Ok, the car park is near, some good restaurants are close, the location little bit far from city center but generally was in quite location near big supermarket, the value of money also good, we satisfied the stay 😃

Excellent location opposite was the shopping mall, Round the corner was Starbucks, 10 min walk from the airplane park, 15 min walk away from the fair and major shopping center. wish all reception staff were as good and nice as Orcun and sulaiman were brilliant hope they get promoted

The hotel was excellent. Room was of decent size and clean. We were a family of 3 and they brought an extra bed without us even asking for it. Breakfast was excellent. The location is central. Great value for money
