Small, friendly , hotel. Good location on the edge of the old town, but very close to the new town and also the harbour area. Breakfasts had excellent choice in a comfortable, light and open dinning area. Staff very friendly (even to none/basic turkish speakers like us). Good, clean room with very good shower (needed to let it run to get warm if you were first up - no different to most other hotels), comfortable bed and a balcony - ours overlooked the old town streets.

Difficult to fault. Everything was as we expected it from checking the details during the booking process, all that we expected to find was as described.

Too close to Olde Towne. You could hear the music from the clubs in Olde Towne. The surrounding clubs / bars played terrible music. This really isn’t the hotels fault, but word should go out that the DJs need to really consider their music selection as it was garbage.

The Minu Hotel was everything we wanted. The location was great for seeing Fethiye since it was right downtown, but not in a noisy area. It was easy to walk to everywhere from the hotel, including the old port where we caught our boat tour one morning. We had a family room and it was perfect for two adults and two large teenagers. The room was super clean and modern and a nice change of pace from other more traditional hotels. Breakfast was great as well. We had a rental car and were aware that the hotel didn’t have parking. If you have a car, just know that you will have to find parking on your own. There is a city public parking lot right across from the hotel where we left our car for 2 days at 12 euro a day.

Since the hotel is right downtown, there was some music at night from restaurants and bars, but it was very faint and didn’t bother us.

The hotel is family run and extremely clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly when arranging taxis. The room was spacious and clean and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was very generous and varied. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting good value accommodation.

Nothing could have been better. The location is in the heart of the old market. The soundproofing is good if you keep the windows closed and the air con worked perfectly.

The location is absolutely great - right in the action and walkable to both the ferry and bus station. Breakfast was good - I really enjoyed watermelon. Room was small but nice with AC. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to watch Olympics with them.

The TV in the room is like a size of A4 paper sheet and I was not able to see any Olympic events in the room.

Minu is perfectly located in the "old town" part of Fethiye, spotlessly clean and modern, with a big comfortable room. As this is a lively area at night there is some ambient noise, but not to the degree of a nuisance at night and not too late. the breakfast as advertised is comprehensive in the Turkish style. The area is well served by taxis which are very cheap and a relatively short walk to get dolmus to all destinations around Fethiye. Staff efficient and everything was easy despite complete lack of Turkish on our part. Was extremely hot at the time of our visit, and the climate in Minu is really perfect. The bathroom was exceptional spacious and modern. Excellent value for money.

Great value for money. Very close to port if you are doing boat trips. Very clean. Bed super comfortable, great sleep and the noise from bars wasn’t loud or a problem on the third floor.

Internet wasn’t working in my room on the third floor. But as no one else mentioned it in reviews I think it was a one time issue. A few small holes I pillow cases.

This was the most fabulous hotel in every aspect - the room was spacious - spotless - lovely sheets and towels and bathroom facilities that many hotels in Turkey don’t do at all - hairdryer - a large shelf - lovely towels - shampoo conditioner soap - a fridge and safe - quiet AC - the breakfast was amazing - and the location is incredible.

Zero English spoken by the man on duty during the day - luckily I had google translate. But minor given the great hotel.

Lovely hotel, in a great central location for access to Paspatur (old town) and the marina. The staff are all very helpful, kind and friendly. We loved our room, and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

There was some noise in the evenings from the bars in the old town, but that is expected in such a central location!

Literally everything! The location specifically was great , 2 mins away from the Marina and inside the old town of Fethiye . The receptionist welcomed us with a very warm welcome and big smile , it felt very warm to be welcomed that way in a strange city . My friends and I had the best time and enjoyed our stay both at the hotel and city so much 😍 Also , the manager (Ms Dilara) and the man in the reception were super nice to us , payed attention to the smallest details and were always happy to help us . Not to mention that the breakfast was EXTREMELY delicious and plentiful. Definitely recommend this hotel !
