Hotel is close to a grocery store and bus pick up points. Close to Calis beach. Room had a fully kitted out kitchen and was a comfortable stay. We loved our balcony. Lovely pool area with amazing bougainvillea surrounding. Bicycles available to hire from hotel.

Just a little far from many of the activities we chose to do, but just a quick taxi ride away so not really a problem. It does mean you are in a quiet area which is good.

Very nice apartment. Every thing you need for a longer stay. Kitchenette with all the utensils needed for self catering. Good size private balcony with furniture, overlooking the pool. Very well equipped bathroom. Wide stairs leading up to the 3rd floor. Beautiful building with large swimming pool. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean apartment, building and grounds. Very well looked after property.

- Friendly staff - close to çaliş beach and an easy walk/bike/ taxi into old Town - big, spacious room with 2 balconies - aircon was great - shower was large and pressure was good - pool area was nice, always able to find a sunbed - breakfast was really yummy!

This hotel was so wonderful, I couldn’t rate it more highly. The staff were very kind and helpful (for example, they kindly booked taxis for us every day). The pool area was pretty and clean and the general atmosphere was very calm and laid back. The apartment is small, but comfortable and clean and the perfect base to go exploring!

Despite the late hour we got a lovely smiley welcome from our host. All of the folks there are really friendly and happy to help. The excellent location in a quiet street means it’s very peaceful at night and it’s literally two minutes away from Yerguzlar Caddesi where the fabulous Babafirin bakery is, along with lots of eateries that the locals use. Our apartment had a large double bed that was comfy and huge walk in shower. The kitchen area is perfect for making breakfast and snacks. The pool area is lovely, although we only used it one afternoon as we’re not great sunbathers but really enjoyed it. There are plenty of shady seats down one side. Tip - don’t bother to bring beach towels, you can hire them for a 50TL deposit at reception; just hand them back when you’re finished with them to get your money back

We stayed in room 104 - there is no door between the bedroom and kitchen/living area so the humming of the fridge was a bit annoying during the night. Bizarrely, the bathroom sink is about a foot away from the edge of the unit. I’m quite small so it was a bit of lean for me to wash my face. The only other thing I didn’t like was that the balcony chairs we had were hard wooden ones and very uncomfortable to sit on and from what I could see all the other rooms had rattan type ones so not sure why they were different.

Checking in was complicated, and they made me split the payment onto 2 different card machines, which seemed unusual. There were activity pictures all over the walls, but there were no brochures or information about anything. The bathroom had soaking pillow cases in the sink when we walked in. Any time we used the shower, the entire bathroom flooded. The air conditioner took a long time to kick in and was very loud. Only 1 pillow each.on the bed and no top sheet. The blanket provoded was thin and rough.

The apartment is very cute and charming and equipped with everything you need.i especially loved the two veranda my unit had and that's where I had most of my meals. The guys at the reception are very cheerful and helpful with instructions on how to get to places (especially, how to catch the shuttles so you can save on the huge taxi expenses). They are also ready to help with anything else you might need help with. TEN APART is walking distance from. CALIS Beach and close to groceries and restaurants. It was easy to find following their instructions.

The room was I think connected to another guest's room. Sometimes at night they would smoke and the smell would creep into my room. This is remedied just by closing all doors and windows before going to sleep. Also suggest maybe putting a small lamp or nightlight in the room for people who don't sleep with the lights off?

Location was great - located in a midscale and quiet residential area, amidst a little far from centre, it’s close to Calis beach (like 7 minutes walk). Good to go from point to point if you have a car. Staff was nice and friendly!

Room was average. No drinking water or any other basic amenities apart from towels, tissue, and hand / body soaps. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t make us sleep as it makes a noise. ☹️ Could’ve been better if it reaches the living room area with Fethiye’s sweltering heat. Blanket / cover they are giving was also pretty thin for how it should be so with that and the AC’s noise - it was very uncomfortable for us. Walls are paper thin - you can hear some noise from nearby rooms. I guess it’s still alright compared to most of the budget apartment hotels in the area. You get what you pay for.

It was lovely cozy property, located very conveniently near Callis beach. The supermarket was just a stone's throw away. The staff were extremely helpful. We booked our transport to Olu Deniz for day trip as well as to our next destination- Izmir. They helped us with that and provided reasonable rate (compared to other cab services where we enquired). Overall, a memorable stay and I wish to stay here in future again.

The room is cleaned once in 3 days, even though they will take the trash daily. While I agree it might have been done keeping sustainability in mind, daily housekeeping would be a little more beneficial for us; especially since we were travelling with an infant.

I loved my room, staff were friendly, I was travelling as solo female, staff ensured hotel felt very safe. Good location, good facilities. Communications beforehand with hotel very good. Staff knowledgeable. Good breakfast at local cafe as it was out of season, I was told this in advance. 5-10 mins from Calis beach, easy to get dolmus to Fethiye, and close to supermarket.

A few building works next door one or two days out of five , but could not hear when window and doors were shut, so good glazing.
