First of all the pictures don’t do it justice, I had initially booked here for 1 night so I could experience the hot air balloons up close and was amazed at how beautiful the hotel was when we arrived! The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was magical and honestly felt like I was in a dream it was such an experience for my daughters and I, The best view I would say. The staff were so kind and attentive we also got to fall in love with our little friend Chucky the sweetest puppy ever 🥰

I had booked the hot tub at sunrise to view the hot air balloons and when I got up there was a group of guests on what was supposed to be a private terrace. The guests eventually left and a sign was put up to close of the area but I’d like to suggest closing it off a little earlier as this is a paid experience.

everything was just perfect

Nice location with a really great mountain view. Very kind, polite, and helpful staff who are always willing to answer our questions, to help book services, and to drive us to and from the Göreme city centre. Spacious and well furnished room. Great breakfast with rich choices and kind staff as well. Recommended us with a nice local tour guide and we had a very nice one-day trip, learning a lot about the geographical and historical formation of Cappadocia. We missed the balloons during our stay because of the “bad” weather, but it is their exceptional services that left us with a good impression with the site and the country and we are sure to be back to enjoy the view sooner or later.

Superb experience! Everything was perfect, things went smoothly from beginning to the end of our stay in Seki Cave Hotel. Staffs were very accommodating, rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent. We booked 1 suite room and 1 regular room, both provided a very good view of the balloons and Cappadocia mountains as both have access to the balconies and rooftop. Gokhan from the reception was really nice, he arranged our tour and transport (hassle free on our side!) My friend left her water bottle from the tour van and he even made sure that she’ll get it back. Gokhan even came back to the hotel from his house just to make sure the water bottle will be returned to my friend, thank you so much! Haydar and the cooks from the restaurant served us very good breakfast, the omelettes were the best! We were also allowed to have an early check in, they provided free drinks and Turkish pastries while waiting. The hotel has an easy access to a nice restaurant (cappa gusto-a must try!) and just a 10min taxi ride to Goreme. We will definitely come back! If you are looking for an excellent place to stay, I recommend choose Seki! It’s not so expensive but it’s very comfortable. Kudos to everyone in the Hotel! Thank you so much! Til our next visit!

We loved everything about Seki Cave Suites! From the location, to the rooms, to the wonderful staff and even the cats and dogs that roam in and near the property. First of all, the location. This is arguably one of, if not the best location for hot air balloon sightings. The balloons literally fly over the property, sometimes low enough that you can touch them! As long as the balloons fly, you are guaranteed to have a great time sightseeing right at your (hotel room) doorstep. But for an even better experience and view, you can climb up the hill on top of the property to see the balloons preparing for flight and slowly ascend and eventually fly overhead! There is no other word to describe it but MAGICAL! Note though that the hotel is in Cavusin, which is actually a good thing because it is quiet and peaceful but near enough so you can take a cab to Goreme center (which the hotel will gladly arrange for you) for less than 80 liras. Secondly, the cave rooms. This in itself is an experience. Especially once you get to know the relevance of the caves in the area (as actual living quarters for people in Cappadocia up until the 1950s). And Seki’s cave rooms feel authentic and are huge! Third and most importantly, the staff. They are the best! It would have been completely acceptable and understandable for a hotel with such a wonderful location to have staff members that are lukewarm or even slightly rude. After all, the location vis-a-vis the hot air balloons should be enough reason to choose this hotel regardless. But no. The staff is as wonderful, even moreso, than the location. You instantly feel welcome and well taken care of. They can (and did for us) arrange all the tours for you. They even paid for our cab ride to Goreme Center during our first night! Just awesome people!

I did like everything but most of all, it’s the staff of the hotel and their breakfast! I only have good words for the staff, especially to Onur from the reception area who was very nice, friendly and approachable. Their staff, including the others, were so easy to speak with and they do really attend to your concerns and answer whatever questions you have. Staying at Seki was such a breeze from beginning to end. And the breakfast? The food options were healthy and so tasty! And they were all homemade, especially the pastries! OMG! I’ve been to many fancy hotels but Seki offers the best breakfast! Definitely something to look forward to every single morning! The staff running the breakfast area were also very nice and attentive! The tables, utensils, plates where foods are placed all look very clean and spotless, nothing is out of place! Kudos to the restaurant staff for such a well-maintained breakfast area and kitchen! We stayed in Cappadocia for 5 days and 9 days in Istanbul but with my experience in Seki, I would have gladly stayed there for 9 days instead of Istanbul!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seki Cave Hotel and I must say it was an experience unlike any other. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made me feel right at home. The hotel's charm is immediately evident, with its [mention any unique features, decor, or atmosphere]. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the impeccable hospitality provided by the staff. A special mention must go to Gokhan, Erhan, Onur and Ibrahim, whose attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. I want to give a special shout-out to Hayder in the breakfast restaurant. His warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for each morning, and they went out of their way to ensure that every breakfast was not just a meal, but a delightful start to the day. Each interaction with the staff was marked by genuine care and a desire to make my stay memorable. Their personalized service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly elevated the experience.

This was the best stay we had in years. The facilities were amazing, wonderful views, super comfortable, very friendly staff, best breakfast we had in Turkey - everything was fresh and a lot of homemade dishes, lots of options. The staff arranged transfer from/to airport and also private tours in Cappadocia, which was an amazing experience and made our trip very special. We were very sad to leave and hope to come back soon for a longer stay!

I liked almost everything! They gave us a better room with jaccuzi and big balcony, and was very nice! We needed to do a check out very early in the morning and we didn't have time to have breakfast, but they gave us a sandwish and juice to go... The roof top time is nice, with good view to cappadocia and the ballons! Also they have good breakfast.

To use the jaccuzi on roof top we have to pay 60 euros for 2 hours, most of the hoteis I staied with jaccuzi is free, we only need to book, so this disappointed me a little, but I knew that when I booked the hotel! The location is a bit far from city center of goreme, we need to taki taxi to go and come back all the time! There is a very small city center near by the hotel, but there are only a few restaurants or shops! No door in the bathroom, and internet only work when you are in the room, not in the jacuzzi or another part of hotel

The location! Away from the bustling Goreme, this is just 10 mins away ( by car) in a small hamlet. Our room was HUGE, complete with a beautiful living room. The property overlooks the virgin Capadoccia, rolling hills and greens! Wake up in the morning to see the hot air balloons go up, right from the patio. It's pristine, gives you a complete break from the hustle! The breakfast spread is fantastic. The cookies and breads are especially homemade! The fruit spread is amazing and you have sooo much to choose from! There is an amazing jacuzzi on the rooftop which needs to be prebooked. It has a vantage 360 degree view to the gorgeous capadoccia! Now for the best part. Big hug and thank you to Gokan and Orun ! These gentlemen are the warmest hosts! Helpful to show you around, share walking trails, things to do, anecdotes, everything! It's the people who make the stay so memorable and the experience worth every bit! Thank you for making our stay so amazing.
