The location is excellent -the tram line and the grand bazaar just 5 mins away. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Sevcan who helped organize our tours and was extra sweet. Murat spoke very good english and helped us a lot. They checked us into a big room with a double bed and two single beds which had two toilets which was very handy. We used the Thai massage at the hotel and it was really good. I recommend it especially after all the tours and walking. The roof top restaurant had great food and reasonable prices. I will definitely stay there again.

Just that the AC did not cool the whole room. It was not a big problem at the time because the weather was cool outside.

-The staff here are the hotel's biggest asset. They are incredibly polite and so accommodating to your every need. The lobby staff, the bell boys, cleaners, restaurant staff, everyone made our stay so comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them during our stay, they always greet you with a smile and check in with you to see if they can assist you in any way. They go above and beyond for any of your needs. They offer tours, restaurant bookings, taxi service, activity days- anything you need, they will provide!! - Location is definitely a plus. It's 5 mins away from the Beyazit tram station and the Grand Bazaar. Its a 10-15 mins walk to the Blue Mosque, or you can use the tram which shortens it to 5 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and stores so you can truly experience Istanbul whilst being comfortable at the same time. - Cleanliness is well maintained through the property. - Breakfast has a good selection, however I recommend going slightly earlier than towards the end. Again, I cannot stress how amazing the staff here are. They made our entire stay comfortable and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

-The WiFi connection was generally good but sometimes it can cut off, which is expected. -The air conditioning did cause a few issues but this was solved by their on site technician.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, we got an upgraded room becauseit was available for no extra charge. the breakfast was delicious( wasn't buffet because the rooms werent fully booked, but they brought us whatever we asked-thank you mr ardogan ) Everyday we woke up to relaxing music -it was really calming and nice. The doormen was very helpful with the luggage. And at the reception they were very nice, recommended places and helped with every question,especially mr.murat. The location:10/10- best exchange near you shops, tram station, Starbucks 5 minutes away .

There was weird smell outside our room

It was perfect location at first( just 50m to grand basar and tranvai station) Hotel is completly reconstructed and rooms are to modern very clean and you have everything inside you need! Murat at reception is the best in Turkey , and all receptions are very smart, always in smile and try to help you in every question. Food and restorant view are more then 10 .. i love it I recomented at all.

The hotel is clean, central to many of the tourist sights, easily accessible to the team and train station (Veznicelar). Murat Sar, one of the mangers was excellent in helping to arrange anything, tours and shuttles included and very well versed in English. His professionalism and friendly nature, together with the rest of the hotel staff made our stay a very pleasurable experience.

The bathrooms are a bit small but functional.

HKP maids were friendly and doing their Best but when we returned to the room the next day after the cleaning there was sweat smell in the room. Bathroom was uncomfortable, small and the hand shower was too noisy when water starts to come. Coffee could be more tasty. Refill of dishes could be faster when more guests in restaurant during breakfast.

It’s a nice location with amazing staff. In addition, they allowed us to store our luggages for extended period of time! Very honest and gracious staff and management. We stayed here as a family multiple times and solo (Judy Z) and we’ll continue to stay here every time we visit Istanbul! Thank you for always welcoming us!

The best word I can come with is "authentic ". I enjoyed staying at the hotel, the location of the hotel was great and the friendliness of the employees was appreciated.

Difficult to pin point anything in particular. Maybe the large number of people sitting in the breakfast room, but not having breakfast. Just sitting there. Taking up space. And tables taking a long time to be cleared.

Very Nice staff, namely reception and housekeeping.. Good location.. The breakfast at the rooftop is great.

The crib for the baby should be changed with new one. Bathrooms are small. They should open the other side from the restaurant for the breakfast, to benefit from the view.

Made a spur of the moment stop in Istanbul for five days and thanks to the Antik Hotel staff I had a most enjoyable visit and did all the things I had hoped to do I single out Ali and Mut for being particularly helpful for setting up tours and getting me to the places I wanted to be And I enjoyed meeting them and learning something of their background I lucked into a room with a view, of the Bosphorus The fifth floor restaurant topped off the great stay Another stunning view of the Bosphorus with a marvelous breakfast buffet Thanks Antik
