The place is great. The only issue is that there is no elevator which might be hard if you are not in good shape and the room is on one of the top floors.

Our first time coming here, and we're definitely coming back. Here's more info: If you're using public transport, this (Yenikapi area) is the best place in Istanbul, hands down. You have access to any and all public transport options (metro, train, tram, bus, marmaray, all start or go through here) and can get to the center in less than 20 minutes no matter where you're going. The area around the hotel is amazing, super close to some pretty fancy places but also incredible atmosphere if you want to explore the markets of Istanbul. For anyone coming to Istanbul to explore as much as possible within a short period of time, this is the place to be. It's a 15 minute walk to Vefa and a whole new area of the city that has parks, walkways and incredible places to eat and enjoy your time here. Besides, for anyone looking to find their way through Istanbul - download Moovit!!! Amazing app that saved our trip. On top of all that, the local prices of food are more accommodating and will not burn through your pocket just to get a bite. Back to the hotel - the staff is absolutely incredible and they will accommodate any of the needs you have. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved within 15 minutes, no questions asked, no fuss. It's a small place run by a small staff size, but the way they act is absolutely incredible.

The Owner and the reception was super friendly and willing to help more than you could imagine I was talking with the owner about a shopping place, and he offered me to come with me the get me a good price And he was super super friendly and I was traveling alone and I felt that I have a friend with me

Over all the quality Vs money is amazing as it is not expensive at all. So the room is small no elevator but for this money you got an amazing location 4 mints walking from the metro and breakfast. Yes it is not luxury but by the end of the day you get services more than the money you pay

The manager is very helpful. I overbooked by one day and the owner refunded the money with no issues. That staff are very helpful and give you all the information that you need and there is someone at the desk 24/7. They also booked me a taxi with a very good price to take me back to the airport for my departure. The hotel is very close to the tram and train stations, barely a 10 minute walk so travelling to different areas of Istanbul is very easy.

Really the location.Amazing very close to tram metro shopping.The stuff there was very good , very friendly what you ask, they will help you, they give you. Room. clean and I like the fridge. It was cold and. have ice. Keep food and. 😋 cold

Just one thing I didn't like. I didn't know it was. My phone issue the internet didn't work in my room but I was not have any issue on sitting room.

The hotel is excellent if i go back to istanbol i will stay in the same hotel 1- Near to Metro Which make travelling easy and cheap travelling to every where i use it even to go to ist airport 2- staff working in reception is polite and helpful and dealing with customers in excellent way i would like to thank them Mr cahit and his brother 3- there reasonable breakfast i like the place especially the out side table where you can take nice photo with the sky and sun light Small hotel like home ♥️

Bathroom need more cleaning No elevator so not suitable for old age but it is fine to me I stayed in the second floor

The location is near the metro and bus stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Istanbul!

The staff was very helpful and flexible with my needs. I'm grateful. The location was convenient for Yenikapi stations, a junction of several lines.

The level of English is too basic. There are still works goong on in the area. No working table in my room.
