We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and given a little Christmas gift which was very sweet. The reception was very friendly and welcomed us with a smile, the room was very useful, the internet speed was very good, the television was smart and was connected to the internet and ready to use, both rooms had air conditioning and it worked well, there was no problem in terms of cleanliness in the room. There breakfast was very good, I couldn't find anything wrong or missing with it.

I think the biggest problem with the hotel is that it is located in a very steep hill that takes about ten to fifteen minutes to get to Taksim. If you are not an athletic person, you may have some trouble climbing the hill. The window of the room was facing the street, which I guess is a normal situation in a place like Istanbul. The bidet faucet pressure in the toilet was very low. The bathroom could be a little bigger, but if you're not too big you'll fit in easily.

The location was perfect. There are some uphills and downhills but not difficult. The sea view was awesome and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cleaning is not done on a regular basis. One has to hand over the key room to the staff for cleaning. Breakfast was good but could be better. There were some mismanagement in booking ( overbooking rooms) but they tried to satisfy their guests.

The big plus of this hotel is the location and the awesome staff. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. I will definitely stay again at this hotel every time I m in Istanbul.

Do not take restaurants' recommendations from the hotel. I got scammed and ripped off at one of the restaurants they recommended to me.

Convenient location, about 10 min of walking distance away from the center. Have to keep my personal diet, therefore no breakfast experience to share at this time. Old town atmosphere. Cultural exposure experience. Safe stay!!!

The only inconvenient part of my stay was the fact that I wasn't able to get the room I selected, booked, and was charged for (due to some sort of construction work, as explained). However, employees (family business, as I was informed) appeared to be very friendly to us, and ready to assist w our immediate needs. Perhaps next time, more calls has to be made prior arrival to clarify nuances :)

We loved the area, which is conveniently close to everything, including Taksim Square and Istiklal Street (similar to Oxford Street in London). It’s especially charming in the late evening with many shops and a diverse crowd enjoying the street food and shopping. The hotel is also near a tram station, making it easy to visit interesting places like Sultanahmed with its museums, mosques, and bazaars. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Mr. Alper and Mr. Seana. The hotel is also close to the Bosphorus, offering excellent views and a mall with shops and restaurants just down the road. Highly recommended hotel and staff!

My stay at the Cihangir by Aydin Suite hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern decor that created a comfortable atmosphere. Overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and cozy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed a nice view from my room, adding to the charm of my stay. I would definitely recommend for those seeking a comfortable and pleasant accommodation experience.

My experience with the hotel's food was not as impressive. As a 4-star rated hotel, I expected a wider range of culinary options, including a diverse breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the breakfast spread was limited and repetitive, with few options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions.

Hotel is quite nice and was just perfect for our stay. Istanbul is a marvelous city, worth visiting, and the location of the hotel was perfect for enjoying the city - located about 10 min. walk to Taksim and metro line there, even closer to tram stop T1 - 3 min. walk, close to ferry dock Kabatas to Asian side - 10 min. walk. Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Fast food - everything just next to hotel. The guys in hotel reserved a free parking place for our car, which was of great importance for us. Staff is very helpful. If you visit the hotel, book a room with a view - it's worth the money - Bosphorus is amazing.

Everything was as expected, but I would recommend to renovate the hotel, as some of the furniture and floor are already worn out. Breakfast is sufficient and tasty, but still just a few more things - like soup (something usual for Turkey) and bigger variety of meat, would make it perfect. Bear in mind that Istanbul is a very noisy city, and no matter where you stay, noise is all around you 24/7, but that's just one of the things that make it alive.

clean hotel, close to tram and galata port, the heating is really good. water is hot and shower was great. stayed in level four and one of rooms had beautiful sea view. Also walking district istiklal street but uphill walk. good wifi. tv had YouTube which is excellent if you have children. they serve Turkish breakfast.

I booked 4 nights but the first night they said all rooms are occupied and they shifted me to a next door apartment. the apartment was clean with good facilities. i arrived at2 pm and the room was not ready till 3 pm. the breakfast was the same every day.

1. Position - excellent. Close to T1 tram line, Kabataş and Taksim. 2. Overall look - decent small hotel 3. Welcoming arrival - whole crew were more than welcoming and kind. Alper, Ozan, Ismail and other staff are always helpfull. 4. Facillities - hotel has lift, dining area, reception and beautiful roof terrace 5. Appartment - spacious , two room appartment with balcony. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is big but doesn't have dishes (we didnt need them). Bathroom is spacious and pretty clean. Couch at the living room is good. Table big and new. 6. Breakfast - normal continental breakfast, eggs, cheese, sausages, sweet program, çay, coffee..... 7. Neighborhood - OK rarely quiet

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square, 15 minutes to Galata Port, with both the tramway and metro stations nearby (5 minutes), and Kabataş ferry station only 10 minutes away. It's perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, making the hotel feel like home. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for my friend's birthday, which added a special touch to our experience. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day off right. For the price, the quality of service and accommodation was impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
