It is a very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The price I paid is not usual for that part of the city as it is a central location that receives lots of tourists, so I was not expecting to see that level of cleanness, tidiness and comfort. And most importantly, they serve freshly brewed Turkish tea all day long for free to the guests of the hotel))

There is a hospital emergency enterance nearby. The vibe of that was a bit off, but there was not any noice at all, surprisingly.

Very central hotel, the room is very nice and similar to the photos. I was very comfortable during my stay. A big thank you to the friendly staff especially Omar: I appreciate your kindness. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! It’s very nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect location - so close to Taksim and Istiklal, and at the same time not so noisy at night like in other hotels in this area. The staff is amazing! Thank you, guys, for your hospitality and kind treatment!

Perfect hotel! Perfect location to explore Istanbul. Excellent value and team. You can book with no worries. The team is like family! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, wonderful energy and Cafe downstairs open at all hours. 24/7 front desk. I will definitely stay here next time. We felt like locals after 5 days 😂 Congrats to the team on a wonderful place, and thank you so much for making us feel happy and at home!!! Thank you Omar for your kindness and hospitality! 🙏🙏 They also helped us arrange taxi transfer to airport as our flight was super early in the morning we had to leave at 4am. Omar made us coffee and escorted us the car - too sweet! Highly recommend the Agi Hammam, and Van Kahvalti Mutfagi cafe for breakfast - they're right on your doorstep! 🩷🪷🌟

We loved everything! Make sure you manage your expectations about noise generally in Istanbul - it might be noisy at night, but that's part of the charm!

Great comfy bed, very very nice and welcoming personnel at the reception. Great price and nice café on the entrance level of the hotel. Bathroom was very tiny but we expected it as we saw the other comments before so that was okay for us.

The really disappointing point was not to be able to let the bags at the rêve after we checked out. Other than that, it’s small details, but I would have liked to have water in the room, as well as a glass to put the toothbrushes for example. Also, the finitions of the bathroom are not amazing, but again, small detail. Overall a great stay there and recommend hotel !

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The highlight is the location and the amazing staff support. The hotel area is nice and full of coffee shops and you can easily walk to interesting areas of the city or have easy access to the train and buses. The room is modern and clean. I loved my time in Istanbul! A special thanks to Omar for his hospital and for making my birthday so special with a cake ❤️❤️

There is a hospital opposite the hotel and that makes the night a bit noisy. I am sensitive to noise so woke up some nights with people coming and going to the hospital.

Clean, up do date design. Very friendly reception staff. I was on the top floor and had a small balcony, which was nice. Please note there are no lifts. The location is very central, so you have easy access to all sorts of things including cafes, supermarkets, hairdressers etc. It's like a 10 minute walk to the airport bus stop in Taksim. (The room and the bathroom were quite compact, but I'm not including this detail in the "what I didn't like" section, as it's not a real negative but more an observation. If you are mobility restricted, that may be an issue, but otherwise it's perfectly fine.) There's a cafe downstairs as part of the hotel, which is nice.

Despite its prime location, the price was surprisingly affordable, offering excellent value for money. What truly set this hotel apart was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, particularly Omar. His friendly demeanor and engaging conversation added a personal touch to my experience, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. You'll find everything you need for a memorable stay, from the unbeatable location to the exceptional service. I'll certainly be returning on my next trip to this enchanting city.

The stairs in the hotel could be challenging for the elderly people and children. For me it was ok, I had minimum luggage and no problems.

Everything was perfect. It was the first time I'd traveled alone and I really felt at home here. The hotel is very clean, is very well located (perfect for visiting all the tourist spots) and above all the staff is really great. Many thanks to Omar and his team for their warm welcome and all their advice. They were all very welcoming and I was delighted to meet all of you. You have really contributed to this wonderful stay.
