the first room we checked in smelled VERY BAD, like there is something wrong with the sewage system in the room. next morning, we had to change the room because the maintenance team failed to solve the issue. the other room was OK. ( I learned from the housekeeping that some rooms smell very bad all year and many guests refuse to stay in them)

This exceptional value hotel is readily and comfortably accesible vía Uber to any visitor destination, however far away, Asian side or European. Breakfast cost was well in line with the extensive international selections offered. Two very engaging front-desk staff members, Birsen and Gagla, were absolutely delightful in their advocacy for our review. And they earned it! I was last in Istanbul in maybe 1979 and the likes of Gagla and Birsen, had we met back then, would have readily drawn me back on any planned itinerary in the Eastern Med…

I prolonged my stay at Elite hotel since I really liked it. The architecture of the hotel, interior design, facilities and staff are five star which makes a great feeling. Sanaz, Mehrdad and Fazel were exceptionally nice and it was great to have Persian speakers while staying at the hotel. The other staff were also very kind and caring. We used the sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pools everyday which was great. I recommend the hotel for family stay and relaxation.

Good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of varied warm dishes each day. Friendly staff: I needed to change the booking dates unexpectedly, and Ilayda went out of her way to make that happen, if they didn't technically have to (I accepted non-flexible booking when I made it). Large room, with a decent working desk. Not the best chair to sit in for long, but okay for a few hours at a time.

Room temperature was a tad lower than I would have liked (around 22 deg.C), and wouldn't go up. We wanted to get a shower very early in the morning one day (around 6 AM), but there was no warm water. Another time, the hot water would switch to a burst of very cold water for 2-3 seconds, before going back to warm. The location isn't pedestrian friendly. If you want to go somewhere, you really just have to get a cab or similar.

All the days I stayed at the hotel, service, housekeeping, reception, bellboy assistance, breakfast makes you feel incredibly peaceful . Most importantly, Mrs. Birsen, who is responsible for guest relations at the hotel, helps you with everything you need. I was incredibly pleased with her interest. Thank you very much to the entire hotel for everything and to Mrs. Birsen, who really makes you feel good every moment with her sincerity, professional approaches, support and information. This is the best hotel that everyone should definitely stay at

We had a lovely stay at this hotel... the staff were amazing and nothing was too much. Birsen took care of us from start to finish. The breakfast was on point and catered for all requirements. Room service was great. Spa was extremely relaxing and luxurious. And last but not least the hotels aesthetics are beautiful and clean. We loved the poolside coffee shop and grill cafe.

Everything was neat and beautiful, we enjoyed every moment, a beautiful clean hotel and it has everything, this is our third time in this hotel, close to everything, it has a calm and beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. The staff is very nice and the service is excellent and we got everything we asked for in the room quickly, I would also like to thank the manager Melissa for her service and her help with every question with patience and kindness and a kind face until the end of the stay because of her I will visit the Shesha hotel again and again, the right person in the right place, may she have great success, and also all Her staff is nice and kind, recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. They truly understand how to ensure guests relax and have a memorable holiday. Roomy accommodations and delicious breakfast. The fitness center and spa surpassed our hopes. A special shout-out to Emre at the front desk for his continuous assistance and dedication throughout our stay.

The windows, especially in the sky bar, need some attention. I recognize it might be challenging to clean them due to the building's height, but it's noticeable.
