From Pakistan, I visited Istanbul with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), and we stayed at the Global Suits Hotel for 9 days. The staff was super cooperative and gentle, with high hospitalization skills. The suit is close to Taksim, which is a hub for tourists. Finally, I strongly recommend this suit for those who want to visit Istanbul with family or friends.

I stayed about 3 days in this hostel, and the staff are really kind and helpful. I enjoyed staying in this hostel and for sure i will come back to stay in this hostel again and again. It's about 10 mins walk to taksim square and 5 mins to bus and metro station. Street food are amazing

Located close to Taksim Square, top floor apartment with a view to the mosque. Good breakfast, and polite staff.

We needed a properly near to Küçük Çiftlik Park concert hall and it was a good choice- just 15 min drive from it. Not too far away from Taxim. Staff were very polite and kind, room was big and clean, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend

The Hotel was located very close to Taksim Square and to the metro station. Around were good places where you could eat and shop. The hotel staff was very good and kind. They responded to all of our requests with a smile and were very helpful with information, directions and other things needed. The food in the hotel was delicious, as we tried breakfast and it was very cheap. They let us check in earlier then expected, since we arrived earlier from the airport and let us leave our baggage in the hotel after the check out. The place was quiet and we were not disturbed at any moment. Moreover, we felt pretty safe in it.

The neighborhood was a bit scary and the place was a bit tiny for 6 people.

The staff was helpful and very accommodating. We were also located within walking distance to many small shops, cafes, and restaurants. We really liked that because we enjoy walking and experiencing local culture.

Our rooms were smaller than expected but very comfortable and clean, so we, generally, liked everything about the property.

What I like about Global Suites was that the staffs are very respectful and accomodating. Hats off to Fehim, he is very hospitable to us. He attended to all our requests as soon as he could, he also instructed us for sometime on how to go around Istanbul. :) Breakfasts served were good enough to kick off your day, hats off as well to the lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. Turkish breakfast was delicious! :) We booked for 14 days and the room we had fitted 3 persons very well. It was equipped with what was listed in their page, in case it is not in the room, you could easily request it to the reception. Appliances were working properly and still in good condition.

Things to improve: 1. Check in time. We arrived in the hotel just in time for our check in, but the room was not yet prepared so we had to wait and just go outside for about 2 hours. 2. Cable channels. Most of the hotels I went to before, they had already subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming platforms, it might be a good idea to include in their rooms. 3. Other breakfast options. Breakfast served was delicious but it might be good to serve different food alternately. :) 4. One receptionist was a bit grumpy but still helpful, just a reminder to always smile. Overall, we stayed comfortably in Global suites and it was worthy of the price we paid. Will definitely be back. :)

Staff were very friendly, fahmi was polite and was always available to offer his advice and help. Most staff didnt speak english but they were very welcoming. The property is clean and perfect location but rather small. We enjoyed the breakfast and would recommend this property to others.

It was small especially the bathroom.

The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Thanks to its central location, I could easily reach wherever I wanted. The attention and concern of the employees made me feel special.
