The biggest plus of the hotel - nice warm (in winter) roof terrace with the great view! Super delicious big Turkish breakfast. Tea and coffee with cookies during the day/evening. Great location with its eastern atmosphere, many Kraft shops on the nearby streets, small local eateries. Very nice cozy room, with comfortable bed. All clean and brand new, very nicely done. Pleasant design. I was warned while booking process that I’ve got a room with no windows, but that was really not a problem at all! I spent quite some time on our roof terrace, or just walked in the city. All personal was very friendly, helpful and polite. Couldn’t imagine anything better!

It was so noisy ! When people talk in the hallway or in the reception, you hear everything! It woke me up several times every night.

Very nice Hotel, the staff are friendly and they help you to visit the city, they give you recomendations also. The room was clean, breakfast also adorable and the roof is amazing. You can keep your laggage also in the reception, we came earlier in the first day and the receptionist was very understandable; he propose to us free breakfast and an early check in at 11 AM. The hotel is near to public transportation (tram/metro...) and to the historical monuments (Hagia Sophia, topkapi palace...), best quality/price ratio.

The hotel is super nice, very close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace. The staff were really welcoming and so helpful, especially the morning shift guy. He was always there to help you with valuable guidance and suggestions. The room was clean and with a very beautiful view of the sea.

The breakfast could have been better.

Price was definitely great compared to other hotels. Staff is very helpful. Devlet was very good in explaining things. Breakfast was great. The only thing to keep in mind when making reservation is to specify if you want a room with the view, then what kind of view you want- a view of water or a back alley. Also because price is very good (and on a lower side), some travellers who stay there don’t have an idea that when leaving at 3 am to the airport- other people may be sleeping, foots don’t have a “soft close” mechanism. Starting on a higher floor would probably be better than on a lower level- less people walk by on stairs.

Sound proofing. Or it was just our luck that loud Spanish soaking people were next door. We could almost take part in their conversations not even leaving our room…

It was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and attentive, the location was great (close to the main sights) and breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is beautiful and very cozy and clean! It is small but the view from the terrace is magnificent. The hotel and the rooms are super clean and the employees who work there are worth more than a big 10. The manager as well as the guys working the reception, helpful and willing to guide you during your stay. The breakfast was delightful traditional Turkish, and it was served at the rooftop. You are within 10 minutes to the metro and tram and 10 minutes walk to Sultan Ahmet and grand Bazaar. Truly an ideal place to stay here. You definitely won't regret it. Thanks to the Employees for the perfect Hospitality, we felt like we are at home.

Visited with my aunty here and Staying at this hotel near the Grand Bazaar was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant market and many historic sites. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering all the modern amenities we could need. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A special mention goes to Omer and Sukur, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Omer was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile, while Sukur provided invaluable tips about the local area and made us feel at home. Their dedication and hospitality were unmatched! The breakfast was another highlight of our stay—absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to every taste, and it was the perfect way to start each day. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Istanbul. Very nice and clean boutique hotel. Friendly staff with 24/7 check in which was very useful for us as we checked in around at 4am. You will immediately notice how clean and well maintained the hotel and rooms are. The room we stayed in was one of the basic rooms, however was perfect for us as we were outdoors for most of the days. Amazing terrace with good breakfast with different varieties everyday. Close to main attractions. We walked to the grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace and also very convenient to the metro if you need to use public transport.

Can be loud due to poor soundproofing. You can hear loud noises from corridors and other rooms. This didn’t bother us too much.

From start to finish, my stay at Hotel Bronte was wonderful. They were in touch before I arrived to see if I needed a pick up from the airport - they arranged that and gave very clear instructions as to where to meet the driver. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Bathrooms were small but very clean and stocked with things you sometimes forget like cotton pads. Aside from the morning call to prayer (something you get across Istanbul), I slept really well with none of the distractions of city noise you can get in some areas. The breakfast was an absolute feast - you go to the upstairs terrace where you can watch the ships come in and the minarets of the Blue Mosque beckon you, meanwhile someone is busy preparing you a tray of delights (fried eggs, a little plate of chips, a selection of cheeses, chopped vegetables, bread and jams, and other items that changed daily). While there is no evening meal available at the hotel, there are places to eat in the area and the hotel gave me a couple of great recommendations based on reviews and new finds by previous guests. The area itself is very safe, even if it feels a little rundown in places compared to areas like Galata. I had no problems walking back to the hotel after dinner, even when I got myself a little lost down the side streets!

Nothing. The check out was a very reasonable 12pm and the hotel happily looked after my bags for me.
