The place was home for our 7 days The main people Ibrahim and Ahmet was best Ibrahim helped a lot detailing with when and where to get an item whether it was food or shopping The room service was very proper everyday, hats off to the lady I would totally 100% recommend this hotel The city view is great Getting watch the traffic or sunset just a 2min walk outside the hotel If i go to stay at istanbul again i will definitely choose Santa hill and the room 203 again. Thankyou

Nothing to dislike

I liked all of my stay actually. The staff are very nice, helpfull, the room was fine for the money we paid, location is goood as well ( especially if you know the transportation system in istanbul it will be much easier) i might go back to the hotel for another stay as the stay was comfortable and pretty much no inconvinience.

Breakfast is not avaiable in which we were not really happy in this part, even we already knew about it. But, its fair enouph as it was not mentioned on our booking. If they include breakfast or even payable it would have been amazing nd perfect. Staff are amazing but communication in english is difficult but they can understand and reply

I stayed in the Hotel for 4 Nights and it was amazing First the location was great near Taksim Second the staff was amazing and talkative and fun people also they speak English and helped me whenever i asked , Ibrahim , Ahmet and Amina are the best Last thing Room was clean , air conditioner works , good Internet

The hotel staffs was very friendly and accomodating. They are really really helpful!! Kudos to Ali that really assisted us in all our inquiries and request. I will not forget his extra miles assistance, by guiding us to the bus stop going to Eminuno😊 Special thanks also to Mr. Emra who provided us a good room and assisted us to find a taxi during peak hours..

Everything was fine, but the best experience is from staff. The young guy from the night shift and the woman who was cleaning room and preparing breakfast are very kind and welcoming and without them, this place wouldn't be the same.

Santa hill, is well situated, for a very first time in turkey, the hotel location is excellent, its near everything and you can access taksim square easily. Special thanks to Burak, who welcomes us warmly, helped us in everything, take his free hours to come with us to specify region for business, we are grateful to Burak, and also we needed to go to bursa and leave istanbul but due to the friendly atmosphere by boss and burak and also little lady who clean the place, we didn’t want to quit and then organise our outing but stay here itself. I would highly recommend this place and do meet burak, he is the best. He help in everything , he is never tired of our unlimited questions. Another important point is that its a trustworthy place & you feel completely secure, just like home. we would surely come back & will choose santa hill again and again.

All okay, maybe if we could have a microwave accessible to customers, in order to do not disturb staff everytime. And also to fix some small broken zone (like bathtub, some floor area of the room in order to maintain the room perfect conditions).

Ahmet was very helpful and an absolutely wonderful host. Was a real pleasure to talk to him. The room (31) was large enough with everything necessary. The bed was quite big for two.

For the price we paid the property was a very good value for money. Still, just be prepared that it is not new (let’s put it this way).

The whole experience was good. Location is great, close to Taksim Square or you can hop on a bus and go to Eminonu. I took only once to try but breakfast was more than enough.

Maybe there were lots of tourists staying but sometimes WI-FI was not usable.

it's close to everything less than 10 minute walk to taksim meydan and istiklal street, the neighborhood was was very safe. Sadik and Amine were very helpfull with everything and very polite and nice love them
