Hello, this is the first time I have come across such a hotel. Since I do not know Istanbul, the employees even welcomed me from the airport for free, came and picked me up, then served me Turkish coffee and food at the hotel, and then settled me in my room. This is the first time I have seen such a hotel that loves its customers. Thank you very much for everything, Istanbul Palace Hotel. I will come to you every time I come to Istanbul.

I was shocked for the first time in a hotel I went to. There was a very nice welcome. They helped us with our luggage and accompanied us to our room. They offered free fruit even though we didn't pay any extra money. They had a very nice breakfast. I didn't expect this performance from this hotel. I was very impressed. You should definitely come!

The breakfast was good, there were large rooms for families and rooms with jacuzzi for couples, but the room I booked was a small room, they changed my room to a larger room free of charge, they were very interested, thank you very much, I will come here again next time I come to them.

I called a taxi, but I had to wait a long time because it was a tourist area.

I stayed with my family, they gave me a free baby bed for my child, they were very interested, we had a clean room, we wanted our breakfast to be delivered to our room in the morning, they did not disturb us, we had a nice table in our room, we had our breakfast comfortably, we ate our dinner, thank you for everything.

When we first met, we waited for the room to be prepared, but the welcome was good, they offered coffee while we waited, when I came to the room, the cleaning was pretty good, the room wasn't too big, the breakfast was good, if I come again, I would choose this place.

The hotel is in a nice location and the staff was very attentive. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a clean smell. I really liked this place. We stayed with my family, we left our luggage when we left, they helped us, they gave us a really nice and clean room, the breakfast was nice, they served me coffee at breakfast because I don't like tea, thank you for everything.

All good, the staff was super friendly and offered all the help needed as well as answered all questions. It was a pleasure to stay here, and I can highly recommend 👌 Breakfast was included, and it was great that it lasted up to 11 am. In the room, I had everything I needed with complimentary coffee and tee.

We were satisfied, everything was nice, it was clean, it was a place that gave importance to family comfort, there were free treats, they gave a fruit plate, they served coffee, thank you for everything, it was an extremely pleasant stay, it is a hotel I will come to again.

The reason I only gave 9 points is there was no parking.

They were really nice people, I forgot my phone in the taxi, I thought it was stolen for a moment, they worked for 2 hours to find the taxi and bring my phone back to me. My room was very good, everything was smooth, I would like to thank my friend Ali at the reception.
