The best thing is the location. We booked a regular room, and the person at the reception desk, Mr Irfan, was kind enough to switch us to a room with a view of the sea, for no extra charge. We stayed on 5th floor in a room overseeing the sea and I just enjoyed the stunning view. I kept photographing it at different times of the day, sunrise, noon, late afternoon and night. You can even see the sun rising from hills in the Asian side of Istanbul.

The lift was slow. It takes a while to arrive.

Staff where v helpful. A big thanks to Irfan that assisted me in retrieving my phone that i lost in a taxi cab. A great relief. Appreciated.

The hotel is close to the metro station Zeytinburnu, only a couple stations from the old town. The staff was really nice. Rooms are simple but comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is sufficient. All in all I had a pleasant stay.

The coffee they serve at breakfast could be better. The building is quite old and the walls are thin so there can be noises heard from other rooms (flushing the toilet, doors banging) but after 11 pm it is quiet so it was not really a problem.

Staying at this hotel felt like home. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were changed daily and water was also left for us in the room. The cleaners are also very nice and kind. The view is amazing, Beds are very comfortable and room very spacious. Staff is amazing and ready to help. Special thanks goes to Mr. Sercan at the front desk for his kindness and help all throughout our stay.

When we arrived for check in, Irfan greeted us with respectful and was super friendly. I requested twin beds and we realized they had sea view rooms so we asked if it was possible and he made our vacation even better than what we had expected. All the staff were super friendly from reception, kitchen and ro service.

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like because from staff, location and food everything was just amazing.

Very good place with amazing staff. Always ready to help with anything. One waiter even provide flowers for me when i need to go out but no time for searching flower store!

In midlle of my stay one recetionist just stop me and insist i need to pay now... day 3 of 5!! I never have this expiriance before. Like i want to run or something. I did not want to argue, just pay and continue to enjoy :)

Everything was perfect the moment we entered the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and offered us a sea view room, it was worth waking up in the morning for the sunrise. Room was clean and warm. The hotel is close to the metro station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good location one of the guy is working on reception his name is MR IRFAN is very good person. Him too much help me. And another guy is working on the kitchen. Is name is MR NIYAZI very good person so friendly

The property the shower is no good and Toilet very small

It was value for money. I had a front view room.

The staff at the restaurant it was completely amateurs. One of them was acting like he was at school. He was even sleeping on the table in front of me as I was taking my breakfast .

From the time we arrived until we left the staff couldn't do enough for us especially Climali he went above and beyond to make sure we got the room with an awesome view looking over the sea and was friendly and helpful and his English was very good. My husband particularly enjoyed the massage chair on several occasions and at only 25 tl it was a bargain. The room was large and spotless and the shower was powerful. Breakfast was basic and although there was no tea / coffee facilities in the room you can get free tea / coffee / water and juice at any time in the restaurant. They provide free WiFi that you can access in your room as well as the rest of the hotel. The location was perfect the train station was about a 5 minute walk away and only 3 stops from the city centre and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the town.

To be honest there was nothing to dislike.
