The location is quite near the airport. You could take the airport shuttle that hotel provides or take the train. Metro station is just 8 minutes far. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops near the place to cover all that is needed. Amazing supportive staff. You can communicate in English and any time of the day and services are with utmost respect and responsibility. Food was good and restaurant can accommodate you with your food at your room any time of the day. I personally enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was peaceful and delicious.

We had a 30 hour layover at IST and didn’t want to be at the mercy of Turkish Air even though they would have given us a free night on a long layover. This place was inexpensive (a little over USD $50/night), clean, warm and very well located. The breakfast buffet was OK but not particularly outstanding by Turkish standards. One service that would really make this hotel THE choice in Arnavutkoy would be free or reasonably priced airport transfer. As is, the hotel charges €25 each way which adds up to the same cost as the room. We got a cab for about €10 each way but not everyone wants to deal with the hassle and potential rip-offs from Turkish cabbies. The employees at the property were universally helpful and even ingratiating. TV was a little difficult to figure out with instructions in Arabic, but did provide about 150 Turkish channels and 2 English news channels. The neighborhood was good with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The new Istanbul metro stop is a 15 minute walk away and I took the M11 line to Gayrettepe (?sp) where there is a plethora of very upscale shops and restaurants. Tip: the metro fare machine apparently won’t accept any bill lower than a TL 200 note which I found out after a few minutes of trying to feed it TL 100 notes. All in all this is a great hotel in a great location and I would highly recommend it if you have a significant layover at IST.

I liked the proximity to the airport. Lovely friendly helpful polite staff. Comfortable and clean accommodation.

I didn't like that the safety deposit box was not available and felt the need to carry my valuables with me even though they reassured me that my things would be safe.

20 mins from the airport. Very good breakfast. There are a lot of restaurants around.

We stayed in ISTPORT hotel for overnight. The room with two separated beds. It was our third stay in this hotel. We had two beds but only one blanket. When we asked for a second blanket, the bellboy said that since there were two of us, we could sleep under one blanket. I tried to explain that we had two beds and I paid for a room with two beds, so we needed two blankets. Two beds - two blankets. He and the guy from the front desk said that they did not have a second blanket, although the hotel was half empty. This is a long explanation. After almost 40 minutes of calls and conversations, they brought us a second blanket.

Best value for money Includes breakfast which was better than I expected Great location, halfway between the airport and city centre, surrounded by many shops and restaurants used mainly by locals, which meant prices are very reasonable. Very friendly, responsive and helpful staff

Maybe just having a bottle or two of water in the room? But can’t really complain, there are a lot of shops and markets nearby and for the price I paid for the room…that was just very tiny inconvenience.

Location, good breakfast considering price,, lots of places to eat around hotel with reasonable prices. Around 15 minutes drive from Airport, if you are hiring a car, easy to find free parking close to hotel. 30 minutes away beautiful clean beach "Karaburun". Must go there, Overall very good Location if you are stopping over to rest for 1-2 days.

They should provide kettle and tea facility in the room, I have stayed in few budget hotels but all of them they had kettle and tea services in the room.

They serve a decent breakfast. The hotel shuttle transfer was a plus! The staff are friendly and helpful, one staff member even escorted us to the store to buy a cesve (turkish coffee pot). Where can you find this hospitality? Turkish people are very kind. These kind gestures made our stay even our vacation more enjoyable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family

The room we stayed in doesn't have a strong aircon. Its a good thing the weather is not hot since we travel on the month April.

Friendly, helpful staff who were very informative about getting around Istanbul using the very good public transport system. I was a solo traveler but my room was still spacious and clean. The range of breakfast was also very good. I left the hotel every day on a good full stomach and on the days that I stayed near the hotel I had some fantastic meals in the local restaurants.

It is located at 20 min by taxi from the airport, which is one of the closest options. The hotel looks clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and accommodated me even when I was late or needed extra assistance, which leads me to leaving this positive review. Thank you Ahmed and Ozan at the reception 🙏
