The location of the place is awesome. The breakfast is also amazingly delicious.

The bed in general was not that clean. I found a few bedbugs and small insects in the pillow. The walls are pretty thin and the people like to stay up really late and yell a lot.

The room was perfect. Everyday the staff clean the room and provide new shampoo body wash. The buffet breakfast was perfect, everyday was different. But the most important part, was the service. From the first second we arrived, they help us with the bags and the welcoming. Ufuk and his colleague made us the best experience in Istanbul. In the last moment, they organised our schedule and booked a tour for us, in the last moment! The service was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this hotel. Always!

They have fantastic Turkish breakfast! Different choices with good quality of the products and a few changes every day. Free Turkish coffee option has conquered our heart, as well! The staff was really kind and caring and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The room was very clean, we stayed at a deluxe room and it was OK, enough space to open our big suitcases. :) We like our experience there and will absolutely consider here on our future visits.

It is not a dislike but I have to warn that it is on a hill (as many hotels at Sultanahmet area) and you have to climb the hill for the public transportation. It is not a very long climb, though.

Very welcoming and helping staff , rooms were very clean and well kept although small but its ok as the location is prime. The reception helped me with ordering food online as I didn’t have local number. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day with full energy as you will need it

I wish they would accept tap payment in future, I didn’t have my physical credit card with me and i had to arrange funds from another account Make sure you have physical card with you. One of the bathrooms had a really foul smell but they took action and cleaned it quickly.

First the location; it is on walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterne and Topkapi Palace. From there you have trams to Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, Dolmabahçe Palace and more. Second, the hotel is in a quiet street and very close to many good restaurants. Third, the friendly and helpful staff. We like to mention staff member Ufuk, who had many tips where to go and how. Thank you so much for helping us, Ufuk! Fourth, breakfast is delicious and water/tea/coffee is free.

The only minor inconvenience encountered was the lack of surface space near the bathroom sink. The absence of a shelf or edge on the sink to place basic toiletries like a toothbrush or soap meant resorting to the floor for storage, which was odd. However, this small hiccup hardly takes away from the overall charm of the place.

Price-quality is perfect. The hotel is near the center, a walk about 5 minutes until you reach Blue Mosque, Cisterna Basilka. The area where is located the hotel is a quiet one. A lot of restaurants near, shops. Hotel is renovated, the rooms that we have booked were small, but clean and cozy. If you need more space, you have the possibility to choose one bigger. Ever day the room is getting clean and you get new towels. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff very helpful 👏 and very kind. Definitely I would choose Luxx Garden Hotel. The hotel is superb! Perfect location, very friendly staff. Every employee was polite, pleasant, and wonderful. I enjoyed the breakfasts. Everything in the hotel is new, clean, and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. It was also very pleasant that if you happen to forget something, the hotel staff will contact you and inform you about it. It happened to me; I couldn't remember where I left my watch, and a few hours after check-out, a hotel staff member contacted me and sent a photo of my watch. Such service and approach deserve the highest praise. Thanks again)) We will definitely come back to you

Great location, on a quiet street and close to the main touristic attractions. 5 min walk to the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. With the tram line T1, which stop is on Sultanahmet one can easily reach the grand bazaar( Kapalicarsi), go to Galata bridge or connect with other important lines around the city. Breakfast was good, they offered different foods every day, except some basic foods like eggs and vegetables which was perfect. The staff were friendly and helped with everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, the room is modern and has all you need. Overall great experience!

The breakfast had so many healthy options. No one has the right to complain as there was plenty to choose from and I am a vegetarian! Ufuk and Isaac( I apologize is I have misspelt your names) were incredibly helpful. From ensuring that we had an umbrella, questions about chargers and converters or a friendly greeting...they were both exemplary! The cleaning staff were incredible as everything was spotless! I would recommend this to friends and I would return!
