Location is good for tourists because of a transportation system. In general it’s sucks. I don’t think it’s even safe at night. A lot of beggars, suspiciously looking people. And people in general haha But if you need a nice spot in terms of transport, so yeah for sure makes sense Service and staff. It was pretty nice. Guys are attentive and careful, do their best to solve a problem, issue whatever. Cleaning is okay. Nice system with buttons: if you need cleaning, you press a button giving this green light to them to clean. Isolation is bad on the first floor. This is for real. Initially we were given a room there, asked to change next day. Thankfully they made it work. Breakfast. It’s fine, you will always find something to eat. 4 hot dishes (like sausages, eggs, fries, burek, draniki (potato pancakes etc), different cheese, some veggies and fruits, olives, ofc bread. Coffee is not good, sorry. The pics provided don’t mean there is no food guys, just took them when it was running out of food. After 5 min it was back The room. There were some spots on the walls after previous guests but other things were okay. In general, they are doing great comparing with other options with the same value for money and even more.

The location is amazing and gives authentic experience. Very close to the most important attractions and there is metro and tram for transportation. There is very close a government parking which is free from 7 pm to 9 am and after that it's cheaper than other otoparks. There is also free breakfast which is really good although not versatile. The best part is one of the staff there,his name is Sayed. He is a youngTurkish and speaks English well. He is very friendly and so helpful and willing to give help and advice at anytime. I would love to come again

The rooms are small and the place is not easy to reach by car

The location is amazing, a few steps to the main bus stop in Aksaray, and few steps to the Tram "Street Car" station Aksaray in Fatih. The hotel is really quite and clean. Breakfast options were changed everyday which is amazing actually and not so common in other hotels in Turkey. I highly recommend the breakfast there. The staff were really helpful, giving us enough water bottles each day and give us more when we need.

The room size is very small. We were two adults and one kid where we cannot move at the same time.

The facility in general is exceptional in both location and staff. Especially, çahin (Shain) and Katdir. They were indeed very helpful and professional. The room was as it was in my booking, clean by tidy and has everything a gust might need. The cleaning lady was very kind and so the kitchen staff. The floor was quite (we were in the third floor). To be honest it was a good deal for price.

Actually nothing I can tell about that! everything was as I expected .The only thing that needs some improvement is the breakfast ( which is fine) . I think it could better . That's all.

- TRUSTWORTHY room cleaners: My wife forgot the safe box open with all my cash money, credit card, valuable watch and passports, and when we returned back at night nothing was touched and not a single penny was missing. - The reception staff were very polite and helpful. - The rooms and bathrooms were clean. - Daily room cleaning and replaced the towels every day. - 2 minutes walking to Aksaray Tramway station and 10 minutes from Aksaray Metro station.

- I booked two (connected rooms) as we were traveling as a family, however the rooms were not connected. They were adjacent but not connected. - Aksaray area is very busy and crowded.

Location was good and that it's 24/7

Breakfast was quite bad,basically zero sweets which is unfortunate since turkey is well known for their sweets. Also barely any meat. Also they didnt have enough chairs/tables for all the people so we had to go back in our room for 30mins then come back. Then to top it off,they did not refill the food trays. Honestly,worst breakfast experience so far.(which sucks because i chose this place due to good breakfast reviews)

Good value for money and the location is excellent. It is a walkable distance from the Aksaray Metro station, which is a destination of the airport shuttle bus. The Aksaray tram station is also very convenient connecting many tourist attractions by the T1 line. The front desk is almost always attended by a staff member, so this too is very comforting.

Nothing major but just a few minor issues. For example, some of the bathroom locks were broken, the card key didn't work the first time, and so forth.

Stayed here for the Champions League final. Booked for 2 nights even though we arrived on the Saturday morning which was no hassle at all for the hotel. We arrived and were greeted by Kadir who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable even though we were not in the hotel much. If you travel back to the airport via taxi, the hotel will book it for you if you phone reception and this is a great service. The hotel is great for a short stay if you're visiting Istanbul and is in a great location with bars, restaurants, tourist attractions and metro/tram stations nearby for getting about the city. If we ever return, I will certainly be happy to stay at the Misa Hotel.
