Our trip was a mixture of leisure and business. It was close to everything. Really short distances to the touristic sights. Infact all walking distance. Also close to the tram way for those sights that are not as close but if you have the time you could walk to all the sights. The breakfast was good and we asked them to fix something in our room and they immediately did. I had requested for a room with a view and they offered us a beautiful room next to the balcony with the view of the sea so overally, I loved my experience.

I think this generally applies to İstanbul as a city but we wanted a taxi to the airport and the price given to us vs that given by uber was alot different so I preferred getting my own transportation.

It's a nice location. Not right in the middle but pretty close to most of the attractions. Place was very clean and nice. Breakfast was awesome!

Could of the front desk people were not friendly and accommodating. They were more interested in walking out and smoking than helping customers. On the other hand, there was a gentleman during one of the shifts that was extremely helpful.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most

- Placed in old city center. - Near by most of attraction objectives.

- Breakfast was not great, was just a few variants of food. - At third floor, wi-fi connection was poor.

Breakfast is fine, big vairety of typical turkish morning dishes on a swedish buffet. The room was not the same "new look" one as on the images at reservation. The bed was comfy. The view from the roof terrace is very nice (see the image).

Staff was not so helpful, too much.

Very good place for shopping and visiting all historical and beautiful places.

You can not see sea from window. In March maybe due to weather room were little cold.

Nice view over the sea from our mini balcony, close to the grand bazaar (10 mins walking), quiet area during night but busy over the day due to being located in old town centre with hundreds of shops around. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, Zeki from reception such a nice person, speaking good english too, just ask for whatever you need and he will be happy to help and advice.

Womens from cleaning are a bit too noisy in the morning and talking to each other on the corridor bit too loud just next to our room, they need to take in consideration that people are in holiday and not everyone will wake up first thing in the morning, overall a nice place to stay.

The room was very pleasant and clean. The breakfast was various and delicious. Mr. Dovlet is an amazing person and he satisfied all our requierments. We'll be back again for sure.

Great location, close to everything we needed. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, shiny sheets. 4-5 times already me and my wife are happy guests of the hotel.
