Really every thing,cleaning of room,very pretty minimal design,very good and optimum breakfast,very kind and helpfull staffs such as Mr Erkan &Mr Vasim in front desk,,Ms talin (that i think she is owner or manager of hotel),the smily man that was boss of house keepers,Ms Nacia for breakfast ,all of them were so nice,the location is the best,in front of Fener with very nice view of golden horn from our room and their restaurant,you can go any where from there easily,(such as asian side with ine ferry to karakoy and uskudar,or to kadikoy)or to Eminonu by tram T5 or buses,very good access to every places in Istanbul,from there with tram T5 to Eminonu,and then from tram T1 you can go to sirkecii,golhane park,soltan ahmet and beyazit(kapali çarşi).or to opposite s8de to kabataş,the restaurant foods was so yummy .The prices was so cheap .we were there for 7 night,afrer that we remain our lugagges with them and go to Bursa for 1 night and return,i really ploffer this lovely hotel to real tourists.

The hotel was very clean and well located. It was in the quiet Fener area, a short tram journey (50p) in to the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. The staff were amazing, any issues were dealt with quickly. The roof top terrace for breakfast is stunning. Breakfast consists of coffee/water/ fresh bread/salad and.an omelette.

Some of the rooms are noisy (room 301) There was an issue every day, either no coffee at breakfast, the wi fi was down or the safe in the room did not work. The staff tried the best to sort any issues quickly. Be aware there is NO alcohol served in the local restaurants. Breakfast is limited to an Omelette in terms of your egg option.

Location since i wanted at Fener. Close to tram line No5, only 3 stations to Eminonu. Rooms one for 2 persons and one junior suite, was exactly what i had seen at photos prior booking.. The hotel is small and has a character.

Breakfast can be improved. It was not poor, but i can say it rather boring, especially since i spend 6 nights there. A fixed mixed plate of cheese, cake, burek etc and a selection of egg., plus bread and honeys and jam. If they can turned it to a a mixed style little buffet and what they have now i think will ne better.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, cozy, and modern. The location is ideal, nestled in a charming, tourist-friendly neighborhood full of great restaurants and picturesque streets. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the restaurant was an extra treat. The staff were exceptional — **attentive, helpful, and always friendly**, making my stay even more enjoyable.

However, my only disappointment was the **room size**. Despite receiving an upgrade from a double room to a **superior double room** through Booking.com, the room felt **very small**. With two people and luggage, there was barely enough space to move around, which made me doubt if it was truly an upgraded room.

The hotel is in a quiet neirboughood. It has a tram and ferry stop 5min distance from the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and very clean, we stayed a week and our room was cleaned every day and the sheets were changed 3 times. The linen and mattrass were comfortable. The room had huge windows with a view on the Greek Patriarchy. The area is very quiet. For food and entertainment the Balat quarter is near and there are a lot of options there. The staff was very helpful, we even got a room exchange because some guests moved in the neighbouring room that smoked a lot an it kept comming to us. The best part is the breakfast on the terrace with a stunnning view on the Golden Horn.

Sometimes there is a smell from the sewer in the bathroom. But it was dealt by the hotel by placing a plastic lead on the drains.

The terrace on top of the hotel was superb, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was pretty good, since we could take the tram and the bus from the station nearby, and we arrived pretty fast anywhere we wanted to go. The neighbourhood has a ton of restaurants (although the zone of Balat-Fener is very touristy, so the prices were pretty high in some restaurants, I would strongly recommend visiting the nearby area, we found some cheap places to eat if you wander a bit).

Breakfast gets a bit boring after a few days, it would be nice to have more options for a breakfast. Even so, it was a good quality breakfast which was served fast.

The staff is very friendly, they were already expecting me and allowed me to check in a few hours ahead of time, which really helped me recover from my jet lag and start off on the right foot. The upgraded room has a nice view of the sea and it’s was quite peaceful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the surroundings. It was very convenient to travel within Istanbul and neighboring landmarks, the subway station is literally across the hotel.

Perhaps that I could hear some construction going on, but that’s normal. I think the breakfast could be alternated/varied.However I enjoyed it and it was more than enough to start off my day with energy.

The location is perfect: walking distance to all sights and the street vibe in the lovely neighborhoods of Fener and Balat, and 2 min to the tram stop from which you'd be whisked to Eminönü, close to traditional tourist hallmarks. The well-designed hotel has an easy charm and supplies a full dose of heart-warming Turkish hospitality. All the staff are friendly and helpful to a fault, day or night. Our room was snug: the king bed was large and super comfy, which even interfered with our sightseeing plans in the morning :-)) The bathroom looked small at first but turned out to be quite capacitous, even for two large men like my son and myself - we never felt cramped. The breakfast was excellent, served on the top floor from a renowned restaurant Evelik, which shows in the variety and presentation of the breakfast. And the views across Golden Horn are stunning. Having a delicious breakfast while watching the sunrise next to Galata Tower is a perfect way to start your Istanbul day.

When we arrived late at night, exhausted from a long journey, the room appeared tiny but we were too tired to complain. In the morning, with sunlight in and sea views from the window, the room looked a bit larger :-) However compact, it was comfortable for two, with a large bed, a good-sized bathroom, a table with a kettle and a coffee maker, and even a tiny balcony all fit in.

Great views, especially on the terrace over a lovely breakfast. The room was a good size and I appreciated they added a fold out bed for our son in the Junior Suite. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite the busy nearby road. Staff were welcoming and friendly, even though our late plane meant we arrived at nearly 1am. The location just at the start of Balat's restaurant district is perfect.

The hotel is quite new but starting to show a bit of rough edges. The view from our room was spoiled by a badly patched bit of paintwork on the neighbouring wall. The Internet was gone for one night, but this is an Istanbul issue. Small stuff, really. The hotel is generally very good.

I spent several days in this department :) I really enjoyed my comfortable stay. Very clean hotel and rooms, beautiful design, new modern furniture, good bed linen and a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel also has a beautiful restaurant-terrace with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus and the city. The breakfasts were hearty and it was very nice to have breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. The staff is very polite and always friendly! I really liked the location of the hotel as there are a lot of local atmospheric cafes, restaurants nearby, many attractions within walking distance. When I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here!
