I had the pleasure of staying at Reyyan Hotel recently, and I can confidently say that my stay was extremely pleasant. I would particularly like to highlight our host, Samim. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Samim was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He greeted us with a warm welcome and provided us with all the necessary information about our stay. Samim was always ready to answer our questions and gave us valuable tips on local attractions and restaurants that enriched our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location of the hotel is also ideal—central yet quiet. It was the perfect retreat after a day full of exploration. A special thank you to Samim for his hospitality and unwavering dedication to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend Reyyan Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable accommodation. I look forward to my next visit!

The staff is very great. Mr Ehsan is a kind, helful man. Mr Saeed is very good. Mr Maher is very good. All the staff is wonderful and respectable. They are friendly and give help quickly at any time. I stayed eleven days in the hotel. I liked it so I stayed for more thirteen days. The room is clean and tidy. They clean the room every day. The area is very quiet. The hotel is very quiet too.

Everything is very good.

Great location, walking distance from the Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar and the Çemberlitaş tram station. This made our exploration of the city a breeze. Fazal's service at the hotel front desk was superb. He gave us plenty of recommendations, helped booked our return taxi and made sure that our stay was the best possible, he greatly improved our overall experience.

The great location comes with a tradeoff. The Old City has very narrow streets and at times it gets very busy. If you are sensitive to noises during your sleep, I would advise asking the staff to arrange a room facing the back of the hotel, they will be more than happy to help you get comfortable.

After 9 days of staying in this hotel, first of all I would like to thank the wonderful people who made our stay in the hotel as comfortable as possible. On the first day we noticed a small breakdown in the shower cabin, but everything was fixed immediately. The room was cleaned daily, all our requests were taken into account. Each of the guys who work at the reception is extremely polite and friendly, ready to help with any little thing and suggest the best places nearby. We can confidently recommend this hotel and will be happy to return again!

The only small drawback that we noticed was the audibility of other guests, but this is more a complaint about the residents of the hotel than the employees.

The staff were incredibly nice and beyond helpful, even in situations where it wasn’t really their responsibility to help us - they were nice enough to still do it. The rooms were cleaned every day and we got new towels every day! The hotel is in a nice spot close to most stuff.

A few of the bed sheets or covers were stained, even though they were obviously cleaned it would be nice if none of it was stained. Also isolation throughout the hotel in general isn’t that good, we could often hear other rooms talking and showering, especially through the bathroom. The placement of the hotel is very good, however we had to walk up a very steep hill every day to get anywhere, which might be a struggle for some people!

Great value. I took a ground floor budget room. It was adequate for the two of us. We only went back to the hotel to shower and sleep. Don’t waste your time in a hotel room in Istanbul, there is so much to do and see. The hotel is very clean. They have daily cleaning and fresh towels. The shower stall was a good size and the water pressure was strong. What really makes this property is the staff. You will encounter the most hospitable gentlemen at the front desk. I didn’t get the correct spelling for their names but I am so grateful for their help and recommendations during our stay. I was awake doing some work until 4 am one night and the gentleman at the front desk made me tea and coffee.

Nothing. Good value for the money. Beds are a little firm. But that is my opinion.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They took care of all our needs and there were no problems at all. The room was clean and tidy, the mattreses and pillows were very comfortable too. The location was also great. The hotel is situated in a walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazar. Close to the hotel is also the main tram station, around a 5 min walk up a hill. The price was also very affordable and reasonable in my opinion. The only thing i would like to point out, is that rooms dont have sound isolation, so you might hear people walking in the hall or daily prayers from a nearby mosque. I would certanly recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to visit Istanbul.

A very clean and great hotel. Everything in the hotel is new, spacious room with nice bathrooms. The location is just perfect. You can reach a-lot of places by foot from Reyyan hotel. The staff will do anything to make you feel home. Fazel, Samim and Ehsan are very friendly and helpful guys. Samim explained us everything on the first day and recommended us good places to visit. Fazel lent us his own public transportation card. Ehsan gave us umbrellas on a rainy day. They changed our room a few times without hesitation. We stayed for 5 days at Reyyan hotel and after that we went to another hotel because of my husband’s hair transplantation. That hotel was so horrible so after one night we booked again Reyyan hotel because of their great service. We really recommend this hotel!! Even the cleaning lady is very nice and friendly to the guests. We are very thankful for everything :)

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Really loved the location. All the necessary amenities were available. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My kids made friends with the reception staff and knew them by their names, when we reached our hotel we were greeted by Ehsan and Rahimullah, they were extremely courteous and helpful, and were always available if we needed anything, There was also a girl receptionist called Güney, she was very friendly and helpful, my kids loved to play with her. Overall hotel was kept tidy and clean throughout our stay, we felt really safe in the area, there are a lot of food options, cafe and restaurants are walking distance, and it was also about 15 minutes walk to the Blue mosque and Haga Sophia, we would love to go back again to Reyyan to explore the city more on our next holiday.

During our stay on one of the days, there was no electricity in the hotel for about eight hours, and it was quite warm, upon enquiring the staff told us that the power line was down for the whole street as there was working being carried out in the area. It was a bit unfortunate for us, but I think the hotel should have had a backup generator to a situation like this, Also thr hotel should keep Safe in rooms to allow guests to keep their valuables.

Decent sized room and large bathroom. The itself was nice, it was very clean and house keeping did a great job. Perfect location which is walking distance to many of main attractions. The stand out for this hotel is absolutely the staff. Samim was an absolute legend and really went above and beyond. Before we had even arrived to the hotel he had already reached out to me on WhatsApp and I was so thankful as he was able to assist me with a tricky situation with a taxi driver (pro tip, do not catch a taxi from the airport). On arrival he gave us a map of Istanbul along with a heap of information which we found so helpful during our time in Istanbul. He also gave us so many local recommendations and advice which was a key reason we enjoyed our time Istanbul so much. Thank you Samim!!!!!

Our toilet leaked a little after it was flushed which was didn’t bother us, but may bother others. The shower head could probably also be replaced as it was a bit worn.
