Very clean and comfortable rooms , only 5 min from Taksim square. Thank you Aris for the hospitality , we will definitely be back!

Everything. Honestly fared price. The location is like 4 min walk from Taksim square and the Metro station. The hotel itself is small and intimate, rooms are very clean, equipped with smart TV’s and minibars, beds are cozy, and there’s everything needed to make you feel comfortable. There’s an elevator to the upper floor, and a very nice rooftop where you can see all Istanbul from above. Hotel also works with a restaurant that can bring breakfast or dinner to the room in discounted price. The best from all, the hotel staff- they’re so nice, glad to help in every subject or problem, and make the whole experience better. We’ll definitely come back!

Just two minor things- The towels don’t really absorb water, and the minibar didn’t always refrigerated, but only cools things. Beside that NOTHING

Staff very helpful, warm and honest. I'm alone traveler lady and I feel in safe in this place. Evening time hotel is very silence. Clean hotel and good location. They arranged perfect Sapanca tour with very economic price and I'm very pleased.

The only thing that could be regretted - we spent too little time in the room:) It was very easy to find a hotel. We were met at the entrance by a very polite and helpful receptionist. By the way, he was also awake and speedy during all night time. A convenient elevator to the floor, which was "in time" with our heaviest suitcases. The room was even too warm, but we easily solved this problem, since the batteries are adjustable. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. As a free bonus, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The street completely dies out at night, plus high-quality windows - so nothing prevented you from getting enough sleep. In short, only pluses!

I don't remember disliking anything. Really!

We stayed at this hotel for almost 10 days, and everything was wonderful! 😍 I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Taksim district and close to all transportation. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless. We’ll definitely come back! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What I didn’t appreciate was the noise from people using the stairs or walking above us However, this issue can easily be solved by using earplugs 😉

This hotel was conveniently located 3 minutes walking distance from Taksim Square, which is a hub for public transportation and is near the popular shopping district Istiklal Avenue. The front desk was staffed 24/7, which can't be taken for granted at other boutique hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their recommendations for restaurants were on the spot. They arranged day trips for other guests through their local travel partner and arranged taxis for some guests who wanted to go to a specific restaurant to make sure they weren't swindled by dishonest taxi drivers. The rooms were clean, air conditioned and had digital safes which came in very handy. The hotel does not have a kitchen but works with a nearby partner eatery to deliver food from their menu to your room, if requested. I did not use this feature as there were lots and lots of restaurants on Istiklal Street, 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

As with many hotels near the city center, there can be some noise at night due to nearby traffic. I stayed in an economy room on the 4th floor for 6 nights, which faced the back of the building and this room was quiet. I later returned and stayed 3 more nights in their second floor deluxe room which faced the street and there was the occasional traffic noise at night. This was by no means the hotel's fault and the ear plugs I had with me easily solved this issue.

- the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to be supportive and make our stay exceptional, up until our ride to the airport. - the hotel is quiet, we didn't hear any street noise. we did hear guests in the other rooms, but it wasn't a problem (definitely nowhere as bad as street noise). - walking distance to taksim square, so it was easy to access transportation. - the hotel provided small bottles of water daily.

- the bathrooms are very small. you either get at teeny tiny bathroom (where the bathroom door hit the toilet when it opened) and a small shower room but with an average sized basin, or a teeny tiny basin with an average shower room and average sized bathroom. it was manageable though and not a big deal.

Everything...the location..the safety ..the cleanliness...the cooperative staff ..the cozy feeling...special thabks to Onur the receptionist who was so helpful and always smiling...he offered us espresso..arranged a taxi to airport with fair price and made sure that we r comfortable all over the stay..aldo the nice lady who cleanes the rooms .. big thanks to her... We will definitely go again whenever we r in istanbul

The location could not be better with excellent access to public transportation. Overall the hotel continue to deliver a good value, complemented by a warm and welcoming staff. I wouldn't hesitate to choose is for another stay, especially if I find myself travelling solo.

The hardwood floors echo with every step and the sounds from the room above are quite audible. Since there is no carpets in the lobby or on the stairs to muffle noises from the lobby (people checking in/out, someone playing on the phone) it may disturb your sleep.

A comfortable and safe period of stay. The staff is cheerful, helpful and welcoming. My room did not face the street, so it was quiet. The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square, the metro, and the airport bus station, approximately two minutes away. The value for money is very good compared to the location, and the street is straight by its seclusion, which facilitates movement with luggage, unlike other hotels close to it, but the streets are sloping, which hinders movement. If I go to Istanbul again, I will choose it again and recommend it to my friends

The iron is not available in the room. It must be requested from the reception, but they were able to process the request immediately. There is no phone in the room to communicate with the staff, so if you need them, you must go down to the reception. In any case, the staff is friendly, cooperative and quick to respond at all times.
