Friendly staff and reception with quick check in and out , spacious rooms and bathrooms with clean bed and clean bathroom and plenty of towels and great shower; plus free coffee and water and refrigerator in the room, delicious food and variety of food in free breakfast, great location close to taksim square with lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance, safe place Day and night ; for sure I will be back for pleasure with my family. Also house keeping people were nice and professional, Mrs. Yasmin house keeper was very professional and helpful and did good job special thanks to her and to receptions staff in the parma hotel and spa taksim .

Just need rail at the ramp main entrance to the hotel for those special needs people who can’t use stairs.

The Location of The Property Is Ideal For People Who Like to Be Next To Istiklal Street. The Staff Are Very Helpful, making sure you are feeling welcomed. It is very clear that this property has a professional mentality of doing things. All employees know their tasks & are well trained to fulfill their tasks.

Well, a common problem within most hotels is the housekeeping. The rooms are not as clean as they should be. One more issue is the breakfast timing, i think the timing should be extended for an extra hour or two. The Gym Lacks Lighting & the atmosphere down there is more like a spa. Also it is extremely hot in there. Finally, i was there with my family. Some rooms especially mine were close to pubs with continuous high music until 2 3 am in the morning which makes it difficult to sleep.

Ideal location facing Taksim, Starbucks inside the Hotel, helpful staff

No sound isolation (you can clearly hear any noise coming from the rooms corridor or the street), same breakfast with limited variety everyday.

there are many things to tell about, location is very convenient, close to heart of alot of coffeeshops restaurants and entertainment, close to taksim square, and istiklal avenue, full of life, also the staff are very friendly make you feel like home with their warm smile, I would like to thank Mr. Andrey Karpov and Mr. Mustafa Alp, at hotels reception..Also, alot of thanks to Mr.kamuran Bellboy...with his big smile and warm helps...they are all gentle, would recommend this hotel for any one seeking comfort, and quietness ,hotel was clean, food is good..location is excellent.

price was abit high, maybe its related to season where most of the hotels are fully reserved, some of the lights and power sockets were not working, but no issue, my room was a bit noisy as my window facing a night club, with music till morning..

Restaurant staff were unfriendly most of them,especially Naser, was very rude they needed to give more attention to the staff to do what they supposed to do, it's part of their job

Obviously the location is perfect, seminar room (needed for us) was nice Breakfast seemed to be complete Staff were helpful ( they found my laptop after check out)

Room Facilities could improve I guess it is time to change the TVs at least in the upgraded rooms COFFEE COFFEE and coffee ☹️😝 please prepare fresh beans coffee ( you have many large machines, it is indeed a pity all machines are only working on instant coffee ) Although there is a Starbucks corner in the lobby which sell and serves decent coffee ( but why still in paper cups?!)

The reception staff were very cooperative and helpful with all requests, especially Ms. Leila. Overall, the hotel facilities are excellent with a convenient location close to all services, such as transportation, restaurants, banks, and less than 3 minutes walk to Taksim Square. The room area and facilities were great.

The Internet needs little improvement.

Location is excellent, Just 200 meters Taskim square. Breakfast spread was vey good. The room had the electrical kettle as well as expresso machine.

The worst part is that they provide only two 500 ml water bottles per room with two pax. After that hotel do not provide drinking water / bottle filling facility. You need to buy drinking water with higher rates. The rates are slightly at higher side. But the rates are dynamic and can be booked in advance to save some money.

The Parma Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations. Pre-arrival correspondence with the hotel was, initially misunderstood. I think was down to language, but they quickly came back with the answer I needed. Their whole staff as polite and tenntive to our needs, from reception desk, the the bellboy, and thedining room staff were present and polite and keen to help us enjoy our breakfasts. They have a large dining room which didn't serve evening meals. We would certianly have eaten there. instead, we crossed to another hotel restaurant next door. The hotwel has a spa that includes a gym, sauna, small pool, and its; possibel to get massage and beauty treatment. The bets hting they did for us what quickly and efficiently change our room after roudy football fans at the sports pub below (we were there for the Champions League Final) made it impossible to sleep on the first night as the pub was below our window. No problem for the hotel. They moved us quickly into an equally nice room on the other side of the hotel. If I have one complaint it would be that the room's TV had no programs or news in English We highly recommend the Parma Hotel & Spa which is locared barely 100m from Taksim Square with cafes and shops along the way. And this is our way of saying "Thank you" to their wonderful staff. The Shaw family.

This is an excellent hotel, very close to Taksim square (few minutes on foot). Although it is marked as 5 star hotel on Booking, I think it is currently a 4 star hotel. Everything in the hotel was great, from personnel to facilities. Spa is very nice and included in the price for guests. Swimming pool is relatively small, but still very nice to relax after walking all day. Internet was very good both in rooms and in reception. The breakfast was solid, with some options to chose from. The restaurant itself is very nice.

The breakfast organization in pandemic era was not the best. In our case, they had all the breakfast selection behind the counter, with only two or three people asking everyone what they should put in their plate. That was creating some unnecessary waiting time and confusion, but I'm sure it is not the same in "normal times".
