1. cleaning was outstanding. really very good. 2. beds are sooo comfortable. 3. room has nice design, good air circulation, and very comfortable and clean bathroom. 4. have good spa and wellness centre. However too crowded after 5pm because of members from outside. 5. nice view if you stay at high floor with window with city view. 6. I have free upgrade for my last 5 days of stay. 7. rooms are non smoking and they are does not smell cigarettes at all

1. 100 euro deposit when you check in (maybe because of some people who does not speak english and thought mini bar and snacks are free). just make sure have 100 euro, dollar or credit card when check in. 2. my first night room has no view at all. just looks at residences buildings. 3. if you stay below level 5 and your window looks at busy city road, windows are not enough to block all noise. 4. staff was great on check in and check out, however some staff who is walking round should have some basic greetings to guess. 5. also, they are too busy to reply emails. 6. capsules not refilled. 7. swimming pool was small and water was not so clean at night time.

The room was clean and staff helpful. I liked the city views from our deluxe room. Room air conditioned which was quite needed for the summer hot weather. Spa and Hammam were great too. Location is near metro and bus station but its really busy all day long so taxis might be a preferable way to travel.

Location; we used a lot of taxis to avoid over crouded buses and metro, which were not cheap at all. Rooms need updating, no smart TV so can't watch Netflix or smart view from phone. We couldnt use the Coffe machine in our room as the staff failed to provide pods and offered to change the machine but not happened in our 9 days stay !! Breakfast was great variety but gets boring with same menu day after day, if staying for few days would be great. The tourist attractions offered were not up to standard of 5 stars hotel so would go for seperate companies esp for the princess island tour which was disappointing and lacks organisation. The hotel should really invest in good Concierge.

I booked to stay in this hotel immediately after checking out of another hotel in the city which was below par! I liked the look of Uranus from pictures and the reviews. Check in - Staff seemed to be in a staff change / shift change so alot of commotion and no one attending to me/ us - I was eventually attended to but apparently my room was not ready so I had to wait and was given a drinks voucher to use in the lounge. Unfortunately they seemed to have forgotten me there and I had to go ask again only to find my room was not even being prepared however on talking to the receptionist staff (who seemed to have just started the shift) was kind and upgraded my room. The staff (male, I forgot his name) also helped to book the Bosphorous Cruise for that evening. Room - The 1st room on the 3rd/4th floor, I stayed in was ok, however the toilet bowl was not clean, the door leash/ lock was not working and I asked to be moved. By this time, I had become unwell and was feeling really down/ low. I rang reception and told them and Zehra (the manager) came to my room and she was very sympathetic. She even sent staff to get me medication from the pharmacy outside as I couldn’t go. I was very grateful - The 2nd room on the 11th floor was AMAZING! abit small physically but I had an amazing view and it was just cosy! I felt very happy to be there and I stayed there my entire stay. - Room was clean and sound proof (even though I was near the elavator) and the room service even though took a while to come, it was amazing and well presented. Dining/ Lounge/ Restaurant - I met the very lovely Mahmud (and Hassan) if I remember his name correctly many times when I ate there. I must admit these 2 men were VERY humble and passionately did their job. I felt really moved at how kind and compassionate they were even though all they were doing was serving me food. Mahmud came to say bye to me when I was leaving. Food - Food was amazing!

-Initially I had to ask, then ask, then ask again before I could get something. I understand language barrier maybe at play. I did address this with the hotel and they were very humble about it and took feedback well. - Also, a massage staff member had very bad attitude and professionalism when attending to me, she was using her mobile phone during my session which I don’t think is good because I don’t know if she was taking my pictures of what. This was addressed to the spa manager and the following day to the hotel manager the SUPER AMAZING Zehra who was very helpful and issued refund for that session.

the building was beautiful, the room was clean and well kept, but what really makes this hotel shine above others is the staff. every single person we interacted with was exceptionally polite and outstandingly helpful. going truley abbove and beyond for the guests. I especially am thankful for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Yigt, and Mr. Ridvan. I would highly recommend a stay at this establishment.

getting taxis was a slight hassle, but otherwise not much to complain about

All Staff have been very helpful especially Semut. He arranged the Local SIM card at request. Room service is very good !

The only negative thing was that I have been billed extras at checkout for the stuff we used from the fridge. It was not made clear at the time of checking in that anything from mini bar would cost us. There was a price list in the room though but I believe it should be made clear at the time of check in.

The hotel was very nice and modern it has a beautiful design the rooms are also pretty nice and spacious the staff is also so amazing and polite espically sedat and sima and serhat it's a very good experince overall highly recommend this hotel good quality and price 👍🏻

Everything was amazing but the only downside was the location is kinda far from major attractions and tourist places as they are in the european side of istanbul and this hotel is in the asian side

Staff member Abdullah provided a high quality service for all of our enquiries and concerns. He was always ready to provide information and advice to first time Turkey travellers needing assistance. We'd definitely return to Uranus if we know Abdullah is there to assist!

Bath towels weren't changed two days in a row, but was rectified in the end No ability to control air-conditioning

staff were very negligent and came across rude I had swimming as part of the package but they didn’t allow it the shower drain was blocked and I told them for 2 days to sort it and they didn’t

the hotel and location is brilliant. the hotel staff were amazing. they would arrange taxi in the morning and within minutes our ride was available. shout out to Murat for being amazing and so helpful. he has always been so helpful and considerate. will definitely consider this hotel to stay at again.

we could t use indoor facilities like pool etc because of maintenance issues which was disappointing because we had payed a lot so it was a shame. the hotel restaurant food is not great because the meat was uncooked and generally not great quality.

The breakfast staff did not understand a word in english, it’s not normal for a 5* hotel
