Staff are really nice

Due it’s location being outside a couple clubs music plays till early hours of the morning. Windows don’t block out the noise. Didn’t sleep well for 3 days it made me appreciate silence at the next hotel. If you are young party goers this may not be as big of a deal

It was last minute selection for me but easy I can say,it was the best selection ever at Istanbul. Facility is situated at the heart of Taksim which is just minutes away from all shops and iconic places. You can feel the special touch at the facility from entrance to the rooms. Feels like concept hotels in big European cities. Rooms were very clean and staff was kind/helpful. I believe , i found my favorite spot for my future stays at Istanbul ❤️

I recently spent 14 nights at this fantastic hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. At the heart of Taksim a few minutes walk from Galata town , Istiklal street and taksim square . A special shoutout to Farouk, who went above and beyond during my stay. When I accidentally missed my checkout time, he handled the situation with such kindness and understanding, choosing not to overcharge me. When my flight got canceled, the staff graciously allowed me to return for another night without hesitation. Farouk's friendly demeanor and open-minded approach made every interaction enjoyable—he truly made my stay memorable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I can’t wait to return soon! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

Yamalya Suites was in a very central location. It was very close to public transport. We walked around many historical places. The hotel was very clean and everything was brand new. Hotel staff helped us with everything. The rooms were very spacious and there were tea and coffee treats. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

My stay at Yamalaya was spectacular. The moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Sajjad, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The staffs attention to detail and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. Coffee anytime, house keeping if needed, laundry service. They even booked my tour to Prince's Island making that whole process worry free . Everything was taking care of. My room was super cute, clean and comfortable. It had a balcony that overlooked the bustling street below so you are right in the middle of everything. The location could not be better. Stores, restaurants, land marks, everything you need is just outside your door! Thank you for a great stay!!!

This boutique hotel was perfect for me as a solo female traveller. Everything I needed, in terms of restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops, was right around me. It is right off of Istiklal Street for shopping and to hop on the trams, catch the funicular or the metro at Taksim Square. Walking to Karaköy via Istiklal is straightforward from here too. I loved that it was not quiet around the hotel. The area is very vibey with lots to do at night. The whole hotel is nicely themed and I felt at home. What was absolute best was the service. Everyone there was absolutely kind, helpful and always available for any type of assistance. A special word of thanks to Sajjad for lifting my spirits!

Everything was fine.

The location is excellent. Meat moot a very popular steak place was in the same lane. We spotted many celebs eating there. The property is 2 mins away from istiklal and 2 mins from the main road Incase you want to catch a taxi. We got the king room with balcony it was perfect to chill in the balcony in the morning and late night. Ali on the reception was extremely sweet and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. It wasn’t too noisy too and was a very safe locality for girls travelling alone.

Everything was perfect only the hotel has wooden floors and we’re not levelled well so my friend would sometimes feel disequilibrium other than that it was a great property. Spacious rooms and great value for money

Fist of, because of my work I’m traveling a lot and hotels are my home And I’m escalating a hotel with stuff ,location and comfortable beds … All these great for this brand new hotel Staff was excellent Location was super easy to find and middle of everywhere

We have never regretted choosing this hotel for our business trip to Istanbul. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now our second home in Istanbul will be Yamalya Hotel because they made us feel at home.

I was initially skeptical when booking, but it turned out to be such a great decision—I absolutely loved my stay! Having visited Istanbul over 10 times, I can confidently say this will be my go-to place from now on. I’ll 100% stay here again on my next trip. The room was impeccably clean, and the location is unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk from Taksim Square, making everything super accessible. A special shoutout to Zerevan at the front desk! He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Not only did he upgrade my room for free, but he also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His level of customer service truly made the experience unforgettable. In my opinion, he deserves a raise—he creates such a welcoming, homely atmosphere that’s priceless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Loved everything about the hotel when I’m back I’ll definitely stay here and nowhere else.
