Amazing location away from noices in the mountains with amazing amazing veiw The staff is very nice and cooperative and always helping and helps with smiling The banglow is very big with heating and AC You have 1 master bed room with bathroom and another bedroom for children also with bathroom The setting area is big and comfortable with 2 large coutch and a large table Kitchen is good with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine The restaurant is very good with good variety THE whole area is very quiet with amazing veiw and perfect for long walk you have near a recreation centers with a lot of tours and also restaurants

The instructions to the location is not clear ( I was lost) The master bed room is in the second floor with narrow stairs (not good for old people or people with knee problems) No cleaning service ( you have to call for it) I went in december and one day we had strong wind and we couldn't sleep well due to it.

Everything in this property is perfect. From the first step till checkout. The staff is so nice ,professional and always ready to help. We stayed in the garden villa which has it’s own private pool. The villa is so nice. Everything in it was clean and it includes anything you might need. The views from the villa are wonderful. We had the half-board option and thanks god for that. The food in the restaurant is so tasty and every time a new dish with different options to choose from. The staff working in this hotel from the reception to the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. For sure we will come back to alya kartepe.

One of the best cottages, very well though and well designed . All the small details that really matter , we were really satisfied with high level of services . The house was clean and the kitchen includes everything that you might need for a cup of coffee or tea, including Turkish coffee machine and tea pot, or even a snack or a quick meal. Even the producers that are used in the toilets were high quality and organic. The restaurant is good , a set menu that change every day with good selections of desserts to end your day .we didn’t need to get out of the place. High privacy and the staff are welcoming and nice. I recommend to take the half bored which includes the breakfast and dinner, that allows you to spend all the time enjoying the place. The poor was nice and the view was stunning 🤩 highly recommended 👍🏼

I want to thank Suna for her nice welcome and all the time I go she is doing her best to make my days excellent with my family. I would say that food have improved a lot comparing to last year, nice villas.

I don’t know if it a feeling but I need to say there is no security guard in other area only at the door, one person. So I was expecting to see at least more guard

- Heated swimming pool (bigger than expected) - Overall well equipped chalet (Kitchenette + 3 AC split units + towels + slippers + fridge) - Very Fridley and helpful staff - Nice place inside the hotel where can have a little walk

- Breakfast was good but limited (set menu) - Swimming pool has a constant depth of 1.5 meter (May not suite minors) - A lot of Insects specially villas facing the mountains - No closets only few open shelfs and hanger - Overpriced

Cleanliness, spacious, food, staff were all friendly and smiling. Special thanks to Gülay Abdallah for being very friendly to us, and the communication with her was so great and interesting. Food was delicious, and the staff generously delivered the food to us at the Villa with wide smiles on the faces. Staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful

Luxurious, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, and top villas. Nasa in the restaurant very helpful and friendly, Suna who is the general manager of the resort amazing. I will return to this place in future.

All good. Location is slightly far but being a mountain resort so it’s expected.

I really like the staff they were very gentle with us ! All our request was considered, and facing some issue with the restaurant but they do their best to make you happy in all cases, they are very professional!!

I think the only thing was this small insert in the bathroom, which looks like specific in all region in Kartepe which we didn’t know.

Every thing was great! Nice place, people, location, stay A wonderful escape from city live to connect with nature Onur was very supportive & customer oriented They agreed to give us a late check out till 1:30 pm :)

Maybe the cold water of the swimming pool
