The Hotel itself is very clean, very comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast is first class! It's a fantastic place to stay, but the added bonus is the quality of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them - they are good humoured, kind, polite and courteous at all times which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their reactions to my wife's attempts at Turkish were priceless..... Big thanks to Betul, Ismail, Erol and Ata - and ALL of the staff at this Hotel!!!

There is nothing about this hotel worth complaining about. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay.

The hotel was in the perfect setting. 15 minutes walk to the old town, harbour, shops and restaurants. The staff and service were amazing! They were knowledgeable about the area and able to help us book excursions. The breakfast was fantastic. Azra and Gulezar were really were great! Nothing was too much for them!

The first night we arrived we received a room that had not been cleaned. The sheets were not fresh and there was hair on the bedside table. We reported this to the manager in the morning and she had the the room thoroughly cleaned. After this initial incident the rooms were given a super clean every day with fresh sheets and towels.

The location was spot on. Far enough away from main town but close enough you could walk there in 10mins either road or along the beach. Rooms were clean nicely designed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Highly recommended. Yali beach club is linked with the hotel so free beds umbrella and towels of you wish to venture down the sea

Only a small issue nothing major - 2 water bottles were complementary on arrival which we drank. These were replenished the next day but unaware these were not complementary until we left. Luckily we ended up buying larger bottles across the street but when we ran out we reverted back to the smaller bottles which was charged at the end of our stay. If they were placed in the mini bar rather than on the side with the tea and coffee we wouldn't of assumed they were complementary.

Great location - ten minutes walk from Kalkan town Great team, we were very well looked after by Murat, Food and Beverages Manager and Curshid, the hotel manager. Very clean Lovely 2-bedroom suite with a pool! Fabulous!!

Low level repairs needed

Walking to town took about 15 minutes and was relatively flat. Breakfast was good with options of freshly fried eggs and omelettes alongside usual buffet choices. Staff were very pleasant and helpful particularly in the restaurants. We felt that possibly they could have been a bit more pro active in offering information about the resort and hotel facilities upon arrival eg a map of the town/ availability of pool towels etc but this is a minor point and they were friendly and responsive to queries. The One restaurant on the terrace offered great views of the bay and delicious food at very reasonable prices. The service was excellent. The pool and pool area although fairly small was never crowded and there was always sunbed availability with none of the early morning towel reservations. All in all, we were pleased with our choice of hotel and would stay there again.

The service was amazing and the staff were so helpful and happy all the time. We had a couple of issues with our room, but they were sorted out as quickly as they could. The restaurant on-site was gorgeous and the decor beautiful. The bedroom was nicely decorated and the view was stunning. The overall vibe of the hotel is very chilled. The breakfast is fresh every day. The towels and dressing gowns provided were lovely too.

The bathroom is small and not ventilated well, and we had no hot water one day, but they sorted this as quickly as they could. The jacuzzi was leaking but again they tried to sort this as quickly as possible. -We had no wardrobe or hangers but we were fine with putting our clothes on shelves. Some hooks would be handy for the dressing gowns.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Saray Suites; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Rebull Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, hair conditioner etc. Nespresso machine in the room. The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed was so comfortable.

Location was great and easy to walk into town ( although a few hills as its Kalkan ! ) Hotel was great and staff were outstanding . Breakfasts were superb with lots of choice and had just changed to self service on the day we left . The staff really made the hotel what it is and just so eager to please . Pool is quite small but defiantly adequate .

There were not sufficient sun beds when the hotel was busy . Had a coffee machine in the room with 2 pods however never got replaced so pointless having a machine in there .

The location was perfect for us , close to restaurants and beach clubs . The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was amazing - we slept so well. We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival which was a nice surprise. Staff were very professional and so friendly . We felt welcomed and looked after as soon as we arrived . Thank you to everyone but especially Ismael , Azra and Erol who were so kind to us during our stay and always made us smile . We look forward to returning .
