One of the staff Russian speaking lady is the most friendly and helpful in the hotel. Her name is Nelly. She helps sort out of all the issues and overall, he is a very cheerful person. Also the owner of the hotel is always available and helpful man who speaks English. Other members of staff speak Turkish. Very close to the beach 5 min walk, maybe even less. If you don’t like too many people on the beach, this is right place. The food was very nice. Just only drinks you have to buy in the bar what is a bit expensive. The rooms are clean but if you don’t like something speak with the owner, he will sort your issue out. The shop with the basic products also over the road. The hotel vicinity is beautiful and vibrant. On arrival, i was greated by fhati the chef/manager. When he asked what i wanted to eat, i thought he was asking what i wanted for breakfast. Instead, he cooked me an omelette with olives ect on the spot. A gentleman indeed. The breakfast was just as delicious. My room was comfortable and clean and my balcony was large enough to store my bike safely. There's a beautiful beach not a five minute walk from the premises

There is nothing i did not enjoy during my stay.

Great value for money. Nice and clean room, comfortable beds. A/C and shower work fine. I did not need anything else.

Minor inconvenience like the balcony door had to be opened with force and wifi was not working everywhere right. No direct road to the beach (or I didn't find it), so you have to walk a bit along the car road.

This is the perfect spot if you are looking for a calm, serene environment. The hotel is a very cozy, the view is absolutely incredible. The beach is a 5 min walk with clear blue water. My room had a balcony as well with an amazing sea view and the room was big. Most importantly, the personnel is very nice and happy to accommodate your needs. Overall, a very nice cute place for a relaxing vacation. I would come again given the chance.

Main reason for not giving 10 points is the matrace and pillows were very hard and not the most comfortable. Smaller things that disturbed me were the wifi was weak and rarely worked for me. And lastly, the beach was more stony than sandy, but the hotel cannot do much about it. I still enjoyed the beach. Overall, very good experience and good price-quality ratio.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They helped us to get a stronger wifi because we had to work. The pool was great and the meals were delicious (but to note, the meals didn't vary a lot). The ocean is super close (3minutes of walking) and you have a private beach. They also have some fruit trees in the garden and then their peaches were delicious. Price was very reasonable.

Mosquitos in our room. There was also mixed eggs for breakfast upon our arrival but during the 3 weeks of our staying there they had only boiled eggs every day 😂 The wifi was not strong for work but they let us connect to a different one which worked perfectly. There was also "party" every evening at 9pm no matter how many (if any) people were hanging out. Other than this, the hotel is next to the highway but it was not that loud as we thought it would be.

Staff was really friendly and ready to help. Hotel is very cosy, specially outside. Garden is amazing with a lot of trees and flowers. It is pretty clean, but they could work a little bit on that - for example: they are not cleaning room every day, but you can ask for it. Food is very good, everyone can find something they like on the table :)

Hotel is far from the city - that can be good or bad, depends on what type of person you are. Beach was pretty dirty, every morning there was a lot of empty bottles and other garbage. They definitely should clean beach every day!!! It bothered me that there was no promenade where we could walk in the evening.

The hotel is close to the water and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lack of the food variety if you stay long enough, no fish and no meat. Only chicken was served rarely.

it was an amazing stay in the small hotel, friendly staff and beautiful environment. double jacuzzi in the wooden bungalow, very comfortable and nice room. the breakfast and dinner were served in beautiful lemon and other citrus trees terrace with an amazing sea view.

All the chairs at the beach are broken. They should really get new ones.

What gives value to this place other than the proximity to the beach and the great view from most rooms, is definitely the staff: the owner, the chef, everybody is super friendly, polite, and helpful. The business is family-run and owned, and they will do everything they can (within reason) to make you feel at home and make your stay as smooth as possible (they have been incredibly helpful with me and my requests). I had a sea view room, and the the view from the balcony alone was worth half the price of the stay. The garden, the patio and the orange trees that cover it make for a great atmosphere. There's also a few cats, a couple of cute hedgehogs and some roosters roaming around from time to time :) Definitely a place for nature lovers: most mornings if there are not that many people on a given day (the property may host the occasional party), all you'll hear from your balcony is the sound of the waves. Can't put a price on that. :) The beach is 1 minute walk from the property, going through some pine trees; the hotel has a good number of sunbeds available all day. The pool and the garden are really well-maintained and super clean, all day everyday. I would definitely recommend the place, particularly to those seeking refuge from the crowds, in a location that's away from everything. Tip: the place is best enjoyed if one has a car, though it's still possible to get to the closest town (Manavgat) by bus, or, with a longer trip, to Alanya. This is because if one plans to stay for more than a couple of days, the minimarket in front of the property may not be enough for all your needs (Manavgat is about 15 km away and has all the supermarket and shopping malls you may need).

Though no fault of the property or the owner, the wifi signal is not the best. Depending on the room and the position in the building, the signal may very from good, to decent to weak. That's probably due to the structure of the building (some concrete and metal in some corners may obstruct reception). I guess that's not too hard to fix with a couple of different routers, anyway. Much better signal in the dining area, the garden and near the pool (the hotel has 3 networks, one for each part of the property so your connection may vary depending on there you are. Then again, unless one is on a working holiday (I was) the lack of strong wifi is a very minor inconvenience and probably you won't need internet that much.
