Great Staff, Pool, View is amazing! Very quiet hotel no rush for loungers etc. We didn't use breakfast facilities, purely due to our own taste. Staff couldn't do enough for us, as hotel is on steep hill they ordered taxis for us each evening which came very quickly.

There is no lift but staff helped with bags to the room, so this didn't matter at all! Also it appears a lift is in construction! No real complaints from us everything was great! Look forward to staying again.

The location is quite good, near to the Kusadasi bus stop and not to far to seaside, you can walk to Old Town. The room is spacious, with complete amenities, as pictured, the pool, and tasty breakfast at restaurant.

It is not as clean, the floor is quite sandy and the shower drain was not properly cleaned from hair and I’ve to clean it myself. I rate the staff quite low since the cleaning lady was not as careful, to mistook our personal towel into their laundry where we had to check out the next morning. We ended up loosing 2 towels.

Hotel on the hill. Cool view from the hotel. But if you walk in the city, then when you return, you will have to climb up.

Placing our rooms together by the pool was great. There was a relaxed stress-free atmosphere.

Breakfast service is a bit confusing. For eg. We were told juice wasn't included and then the family next to us were served juice. It's easier if you allocate one specific space of your property for this service rather than have your clients walk up to the bars in confusion.

Perfect location. Food is lovely . Staff very helpful. Theres is a spar on site a tattoo parlor a beautition a barber and hirdresser all under same roof. Pool area is lovely and also has an indoor pool .

The hotel is very nice, with beautiful view of the sea, clean swimming pool.

We stayed 8 nights and they did not clean the room, did not throw the garbage or change the bed sheets

Beautiful sea view! We had a room with a balcony with a stunning view over the bay and city. Breakfast was quite okay. Our room had a nice balcony with a sea view. Parking is easy, which is rare find.

A hotel is located on the hill over the city. Be ready to walk along a steep slope, about 20 mins from the downtown. A closest beach is a bit far from the hotel.

Location on the top of the hill with beautuful view on the bay. Big size and comfartable bed. swiminng pool.

very confusing access to WiFi - you need enter you pasport number and surname after check-in to access.

Our room was nice and the view was extraordinary ,staff was super nice.Dinner was bit repetetive but fine.Hotel was not super clean but is was okay.For the price paid it was good.

Standard breakfast, after 7 days we was tired of hard boiled eggs...no pancakes no milk and cereals no omelettes no fried eggs etc The sunbeds by the pool were very hard and uncomfortable, they had no cushions.This is bad because the hotel is situated on top of the hill and the walk to nearest beach is 1 km and in 40 degrees sun it is a pain.Pool was nice and we wanted to spend more time there but it was to uncomfortable. The AC was limited, we did not have any problem with this but in a warmer period it is a major issue.

Hotel was very clean, stuff really friendly and helpful. We had upgraded room into apartment. I would recommend this to anyone who’s traveling with family. Even though rooms are big enough apparment, for really small amount upgrade, is much better option (space vise)

Food is really unimatinative. I hope that it’s only this Covid-19 situation, but you can’t take food on your own (I have to say this was our fourth hotel on our trip and only one where waiters were giving us food from buffet) Veriety is rather poor. For breakfast no eggs (you can order omlet but if you don’t know you can…) , and dinner is really poor with lots od cheap and recycled food from day before.
