excellent location staff very helpful , especially murat in reception, very polite and kind. Air conditioning in room was excellent aswell. clean and tidy , room serviced daily.

safe didn't work in room. was solo travelling but room would be quite small for 2 people. very small balcony

It was an excellent stay due to : 1) the hotel location since we had a child with us and elderly people, 6 min walk to the city center, no need to take a taxi or a bus 2) the exceptionnal service from the employees especially MUSA at the reception who made us feel like home!! Super polite, always smiling and ready to help 3) calm street- no loud voices - 5 min walk the the public beach 4) super clean pool , can be used from 10.30 to 19.30 5) AC working perfectly! Rooms were freezing at night 6) breakfast was ok, some choices but u can always find something to eat 7) shower is amazing!!

Room were toooo small, Double room can fit just 2 pers, and u needd to keep ur luggage on the balcony If u have a child older than 2 years old, then u need a triple room

It’s location near the harbour yet away from the busy parts, the man at reception was extremely helpful and made me a nice of cup of tea when I arrived very late

I liked everything about this hotel but most especially, the wonderful sfaff! We stayed in this hotel as a group of friends and we were not disappointed. The hotel is well situated close to Mamaris Square, Boulevard and the famous Mamaris Bazaar (Market). It has a modern interior and the rooms were clean, tidy and the beds were very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep every night the whole time I stayed at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and will do anything for you. I am most especially grateful to the manager of this hotel (Sedat). Sedat did everything for us and showed us where we could eat, shop and called taxis to take us anywhere we needed to go. Sedat went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay! He was really the nicest manager you could find and he has the best team of staff too. Thank you very much to you Sedat and your wonderful team!!! I can honestly say that this hotel is one of my favourite hotels that I have ever stayed in because of the amazing staff! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Dalaman. Thank you City Hotel Mamaris for everything!

I liked everything about this hotel.

Perfect location stone throw from the beach shops bus stops ect. Super easy check in and check out. Pool was perfect sun 99% of the day. Staff were great. Room was super comfortable for me with aircon. Value for money 100%. Will be staying again.

- Location close to downtown. - The reception team was friendly, especially Murat & Burak. - The breakfast was great. Many thanks to the lady who prepared the food. Respectful lady and good manners. - Internet was the faster network I saw in the area

- Housekeeping ( Cleaning ) Team They do superficial and quick cleaning only two days they don't remove the trash.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street very close to the city center and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. There are lots of good places to eat nearby and most of the city infrastructure is not far off either. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well cared for, the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is good and has steady water temperature. The wi-fi is also fast and stable and with good coverage. The hotel breakfast was fine, although this time of the year it was probably more ascetic then it would be during the season. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful and it really shows that they do their best to provide you with the best possible experience. All of the staff speaks English at least to some degree, so there were no problems with communication. All in all, it was a pleasure and I definitely would be staying here again in future!

Just a couple some small things here and there: one of the bedside lights didn't work and the coffee machine at the breakfast was out of order (although, I heard somewhere that it's a common practice to turn it off here during winter months). But really nothing I would complain about.
