Nice decor inside, stunning views from the hotel Beautiful surroundings Quiet area

The pictures showed there is a window in the bedroom, ours didn't have one. I didn't mind staying in a cave, but more lights could have been given

The breakfast was generous with large portions and the food was very tasty. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The transport arranged by the staff was reliable and on time and they were particularly helpful in arranging tourist activities. We particularly appreciated the assistance in arranging hospitality and a room when we had arrived just slightly earlier than the usual check-in time. The hotel is approximately 10 mins walk from the town center and so food and shopping are nearby. There are also multiple terrace areas which you can use for eating and relaxing. The décor was very nice and the setting was perfect for a couple/small family.

The rooms did not have AC and did get a little hot during the day but there was a fan provided which did assist.

The welcome and help the cleanliness of the room the decorations the breakfast and the tea the old style of the room and the sitting areas around the rooms. Mr.Halit Shahin was very cooperative with us and always want to make sure we are enjoying the time

There is no elevator to go up to the room even they took all our bags to the room.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The spa bathtub was very relaxing and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Halid helped me with a ton of things including an early check in, a hot air balloon ride, spa appointment as well as an airport shuttle.

There is no air conditioning in the room, a sign to turn down the heaters would have helped me a lot but the bed was comfortable regardless.

The location, old style house with modern amenities, breakfast, arranging pick up, drop, tours, the hotel staff, specifically Mohammed, Burhan.. excellent support, the skill they had to use google translator was amazing

Budget friendly. Rooms and staff were great. Location is amazing. One of the best places to stay in cappadocia.

There is no restaurant on the property however breakfast is available.

Awesome experience! Comfortable and warm in winter time. Good real Turkish breakfasts. We stayed in "Masal"(Fairytale) room and it was spacious and had this unique cave atmosphere.

An excellent picturesque hotel with a view on the surrounding landscapes. Good local-style design, everything is new and proper, stable and fast internet, well-heated room, gorgeous breakfast.

There were issues with card payment approval by the hotel's bank prior to the visit but they were eventually resolved remotely by their manager.

The place was very cosy and peaceful. It is also very conveniently located. The tour around was arranged for us by the manager
