For the price, a really good hotel, in a great position. Excellent choice of food available from self-service buffets, all very nicely presented. Hotel spotlessly clean throughout. Staff and service excellent. Huge pool with lots of sunbeds. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had a 2nd floor room with good view of the mountains. It was also fairly quiet being furthest away from the pool and entertainment area. Nice little balcony.

At first we had a problem getting WiFi in our bedroom, but this seemed to resolve itself. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, although they're was a fridge which was useful. No top sheet on the bed, just a cotton blanket (very nice one, but not a sheet!). Our bed was not attached to a headboard so this made sitting up in bed difficult as the bed would slide away from the headboard.

My family had a really enjoyable holiday. The Karbel is ideally located close to the beach and shops and bars, The hotel itself is very clean and staff very helpful. Omer, the hotel photographer took amazing pictures of my family and his prices for each photo very reasonable. We had a lovely holiday after a stressful year and felt fully relaxed. As a family we would stay here again.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi was a weak signal but I think this was done to the number of people using it.

It was my first all-inclusive hotel and I really enjoyed it. I really liked the variety of food, we stayed for 3 nights and every day there was something different. I liked the calm music playing at meal times and the cheerful one playing at the pool bar. All the local alcoholic drinks were also included. And I was TRULY happy that there were no animators and we could enjoy ourselves without unnecessary distractions.

As our room was far from the main hotel facilities, the Internet was good only outside.

Wonderful staff, gorgeous location, close to the sea and the main shopping road, delicious lunches and especially deserts. Free transfer to the beach. All staff very good looking :))

Poor water pressure in our room, no kettle in the room, only 1 pillow per person (but you can ask for more), only 1 key card (soooo uncomfortable!!! And you can’t get more). Very bad Wi-Fi, basically doesn’t work at all. Disconnecting all the time and can’t load anything. Imported drinks are not included in “all inclusive”.

Food was much better than expected,most of the staff were lovely.loved the security putting a stop to holiday makers claiming sun loungers with their towels and then buggering off for the day lol.

Despite emailing hotel from beginning of the year,requesting rooms on the side of adult only pool,for daughters wedding and my mobility,requests were not met,I was put on top floor and daughters room too small on wedding morning for getting dressed and bridesmaids helping.I personally found the beds very hard and uncomfortable,but wouldn't put me off returning.

Reception was good.. Room not very big but enough for two adults.. Bathroom not the biggest but clean and good.. All the old cleaning ladies very friendly and work hard to polish everything.. Kitchen and buffet staff nice.. Bar boys very handy and good service all over the day.. Entertainment team super especially ozzy and umit.. Omar the photographer very nice and helpful.. Most of the staff fluent in English and many speak russian as well.. No arabic speakers.. Pool games everyday.. Location is great right next to bar and shop street were it ends in the plaj.. Taxi station near the hotel.. Good balcony where you can put wet clothes.. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas around the pool.. Clean water and pool.. Ice cream everyday afternoon.. Snacks also.. Bar closes at 11pm.. International beverages cost extra

Food variety.. A couple of exhausted staff members but in general they were nice.. I think stressed and shorthanded that's why they seemed tired.. Refregerator does not work.. You need to pay extra to get a safe in the room.. Bath shower to tight (small). A/C shuts down if you leave the room so you come back to find pressed room air and takes about 30mins to get cool air pumped again.

Food was amazing at the Karbel. Something different every day and always hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful and would go out of their way for you. Especially 'Harry' who served us our drinks at meal time. Mustafa was also a lovely member of staff not forgetting Omar the photographer and Serhat on the reception.

Too much loud music all day and all night up until midnight. The entertainment catered mainly for the children and they were still up until midnight.

Perfect location, spacious pool area , Restaurant outdoor with amazing views and staff do anything for you shout out too kermit Entertainment team Burak & Murat day and night were amazing Perfect room over looking adult only pool

All I like I thinking was 4 star the hotel was 3 star everything was perfect food 5 star,staff 5 Starr room clean ,towel replace every day I recommend 100% for value what I pay the best hotel 3 star

Perfect hotel

Hotel was over my expectation! Very good food, very nice rooms, exactly in the Oludeniz centre however still can stay peaceful and silent. I strongly recommend - very good value for money!
