The location is excellent right in the heart of the blue lagoon,the beach is all yours.breakfast is great.

The lights in the room were very dim.the refregrator didnt work.you have to walk like 2 kilos to reach the main street in oludeniz.

Own beach in the lagoon with reasonably priced water sports (pedal boat for an hour priced at 200 TRY and it's really a must to ride a lagoon on it). Restaurant with decent and reasonably priced food. The room was fine. The breakfast was really rich in term of varieties of food offered. Two-level cart full of snacks for just the three of us looked really impressive. Also, the waiter was super nice (to us and especially to the kid). Generally, the hotel was the main driver of the great positive impression from our visit to Ölüdeniz.

Very slow service in the restaurant during the dinner. Looks like hotel guests share the parking with those who just visit the beach (parking space was full at noon and half empty in the evening) which doesn't seem fair given the price paid.

The buffet breakfast, with a wide variety of options that changed daily, was fantastic. The restaurant staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. The dinners are served in large and satisfying portions. The beach is calm, clean, and wonderful. The beach staff are also very polite and helpful. The sea is crystal clear and calm. While swimming, one can see the sealife under their feet. The reception staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful as well. I stayed in a caravan belonging to this facility. The caravan was very cute. Its location was very close to the beach and the restaurant.

There is a looseness in the caravan door that prevented it from closing properly. In the bathroom, the shower head holder was not properly fixed in place, which made showering difficult.

The staff was brilliant. We were very disappointed with caravans and Ayşenur from reception immediately change our accommodation to the hotel room. The room we stayed was very good size and comfortable The breakfast was very good and they were trying really hard to make their guest happy. The beach is beautiful

Caravans are very old and nothing like the photos. They were very mouldy and most of the things were not working properly. I would recommend to stay in a hotel room. They don’t have bellboy so Ayşenur from reception had to help me with suitcase when we arrived.

The location is perfect and the staff were amazing as always. The accommodation is clean and the breakfast was lovely. This is my second time at this beach club this year. If you like to wake up to a beautiful crystal clear waters this is the place for you.

I stayed in a caravan which was lovely and clean and had everything you need. The only minor criticism I have is that the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable, however I have found this at every hotel I’ve stayed at in turkey so maybe it’s normal there.

Having your own private piece of the lagoon/beach was magical! The facilities were incredible, the customer service was exceptional with English-speaking front desk support.... we will forever remember our stay there and will definitely return!

The free shuttle that went into town didn't operate at night so we had to walk. It was only 15 minutes to walk but would have been a great touch to have it running til later.

We chose this hotel for its access to a beautiful beach, and it did not disappoint—the beach is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the staff is extremely polite.

The bathroom felt stuffy and not particularly clean. A small but noticeable detail—the curtain rods in the room had fallen off before we checked in, and despite daily cleaning, it was never fixed during our stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly all time and the beach club was really good. The food from the restaurant is quite good and has a reasonable price. One good point is the beach towels they provide, everyday day the cleaner leave a new bunch which is handy when you are travelling from abroad with limited luggage.

Unfortunately we found a scorpion in our bedroom on the first day however the staff promptly attended the room to inspect the area and after that we did not find anything else. The breakfast is good but after 3 days eating exactly the same thing you can get tired of it, I believe this is because of COVID but one option is having a menu so the guests can choose what they want to eat instead of bringing the same stuff every day.

The hotel staff are so nice!! Especially the reception, Tuna, who is so friendly and considerate, he helped me arrange the paragliding and price is just same as regular. Our room is quite spacious and modern, so great with a balcony. One step to the beach!! Easy for parking. Breakfast is wonderful. I would recommend everyone to stay here.
