The hotel was very close to the Basilica of St John's and easy walking to all the sights in town. We were very happy with our room, it was super clean, the decor was beautiful with lovely fabrics, and a little sofa in the bay window. The room had plenty of storage space, a fridge, kettle, safe and TV. The bathroom was also attractive and well fitted out with good shower, lighting, hairdryer and plenty of towels. Toiletries were provided such as soap, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was excellent. It was a buffet set out on a counter in the pretty courtyard garden, there was also the option to sit inside. The selection was delicious including different breads, fruits, cereals, conserves, cheeses, olives, salads, and dips, a cooked pastry, cake. Plus eggs cooked however you wanted them, and tea or coffee. Each day it was slightly different and the owner even said that we could make a special request if there was something special we wanted, but honestly it wasn't necessary.

The service and care from the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed, the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. The location is perfect - close enough for walking distance, far enough away to be nicely quiet. Booked transfer and touring services through the hotel, both were excellent. The airline left our bags behind. Our driver waited the two hours for the bags, and organised for the hotel to have the room as ready for us to fall into as possible when we got in close to midnight. Very happy we chose this hotel and local services for our visit

The property is walking distance to all of the sites and to the main square where all the restaurants are located. There’s a nice pool. The staff was very attentive. We stayed in the suite and it was very big.

The breakfast starts too late. It does not begin until 8 AM and if you have tours booked, they are picking you up 7 or 7:30. So the breakfast should start much earlier. The room is also very bright at night so if you are a light sleeper? You may need a sleep mask. The bed is hard. You’re also across the street from a mosque so you have the morning and late night prayers that could be problematic for some people.

Lovely property. An amazing hearty meal for breakfast. Beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was very compliant and friendly. They helped us find parking for our rental car, and accommodated for our late breakfast and even kept our house-keys in the reception for NYE

Very minor detail --We wanted to check-in an hour early as we had been travelling all night to reach the hotel. On reaching the hotel, the staff did allow us to check-in early but they sounded rude over the email, so we were not sure if we will actually be able to do that.

First of all this hotel is really beautiful. Decor is lovely our room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. Bed was extra large really comfortable, shower good with lots of little extras if needed. At breakfast there was something for everyone and staff were professional and helpful.

We had a Jacuzzi however as it takes quite a few minutes for running water to get hot we thought it was a waste of water letting many litres down the drain before getting hot. So we decided not to.

Loved our stay at Celsus Boutique Hotel, the staff were extremely helpful, and the location was good, just up the road short walk is an amazing Ottoman Castle ruins. The main attractions Ephesus and Sirince Village was a short drive away. Within the walking distance of the hotels there are markets, a Dominoes and several restaurents. The room at the hotel was very spacious and view from the of the moutains was nice to wake up to. The breakfast served was good, traditional Turkish breakfast. Would stay here again if I am ever in Selcuk. Quite town, loved it. Definitely recommend getting dinner or lunch at the nearby Ayasoluk restaurant 2 mins walk away, amazing food.

The hotel does not have a restaurant that serves lunch or dinner.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Celsus Hotel, and it was exceptional. From the first time we arrived at. 1:30 am. in the morning until the day we left, the staff were warm and very attentive. The room we had was very big, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast each morning always had fresh eggs and a wonderful buffet of cheeses, meats, vegetables, salads, hummus, bread, and so much more The hotel location was perfect for us to sightsee the area. We were close to Ephesus, restaurants, shopping, and could walk to most of these. Also, any time we asked the staff, they were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and get around . We highly recommend staying at this hotel and would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for giving us a chance to enjoy our trip yhat much more.

This hotel is maybe the best option in all our tour for Turkey. Perfect location near all. Nice check in, very big room, with an exquisite decoration, fridge and nice bathroom with nice amenities. Every thing is done at detail. Embroidered pillows with the hotel logo, hand woven courtains, etc. Turkish Breakfasts fabulous! But maybe the best was their staff. Mr Savas, in front desk, Miss Dūnyam . . wow! what a wonderful breakfasts thank's a lot! Also Mehmet helping us in all. The hotel has also pool, but sadly we did not use because time.

Can not mention something.

The room was refreshing, spacious and clean. The bathroom and shower were well designed (one of the few hotels we stayed at where the water is contained within the shower and doesn't spray all over the bathroom!), the tv had BBC news channel, great air conditioning , a comfy bed, lovely terrace, and the staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The breakfast and courtyard were lovely. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door, which seemed a little odd. I am not fond of the hairdryers that are attached to the wall with a short cord because it is difficult to use them.

The property was clean and very well located.

1. Our check in took very long despite messaging in the morning. We arrived at 7.30 in the evening. The reception took 20 minutes to locate our reservation in their system. 2. The room booked was the queen room with balcony. But we were given double room with balcony. On pointing out we were told that the queen room is not good since it gets noise from barking of neighbours dog.
