Great resort, lots of green spaces, beautiful territory, well-maintained, food was delicious with lots of options.

No signs to separate vonresort golden beach hotel facilities VS vonresort elite, or victory hotel that is nearby. You go to the beach, and you are told to move to another section apparently it's victory not golden beach. You go to blue bar or other bars there, and apparently it's vonresort elite. Another thing thar was uncomfortable beach towels were in the spa which is far away from the beach and pools. They should be in the pools beach area.

We really enjoyed the pools, particularly the water park. The staff were all very helpful and extremely friendly. The Pier on the beach is a very relaxing place to go for a drink and swim in the sea.

The location of the hotel is nice if you only want the beach and the hotel facilities but it is someway away from a proper town, Although there is a very cost affective and efficient bus service from just outside the gates. I would also have preferred a little more variety in the food.

was very clean and had really beautiful and pleasant area, food and drink were great, the room was by far better than the photo in the website and because of poor photos in the website I booked two rooms to have enough space which the second was not necessary

I didn’t like the behavior of the staff at stores ,barbershop and specially spa, they insist too much to have some service from them which made me uncomfortable, the dining area was too noisy due to collecting the dishes and fun activities were few and not that good ,my teenage was bored and asking to stay at room with his mobile,

The hotel and his activities were exellent.

The keys from the rom didnt work so.well..we have beeb in the receprion 5 times and they gave us 5 times new keys instead of coming with us and solving the problems with personal attitude.

A big room, friendly staff. A lot of things to do, unlimited food and drink.

No wifi in the rooms, and when WiFi is available outside it is very weak.

First time in Turkey an first time experiencing all inclusive. Enjoyed the variety of food, the slides were cool where we could grab a quick burger. The beach was relaxing. Free minibar was a nice touch. Clothing store and bag shop was a nice touch. Kiddies facilities was really good.

Bedrooms were outdated , WiFi was poor, cocktails were too sweet. Was not made aware the beach area was under construction therefore didn't get to have the full experience like in the resort videos with the disco on the beach an pretty hearts an lights walking on the beach at night etc

-beach was really cool -room was amazing but I didn't have a coffee machine or a cattle -buffet was amazing and full -pools were really nice

the reception stuff was really rude , it felt like they're just saying no incase , I had to negotiate for 3 days to get a late check out and the never gave a final answer until last moment ! they were always like come tomorrow , we are not sure or our hotel is fully booked , at the end they gave me a different room because supposedly my room was booked but it was not actually

The property was very clean plenty to do , staff very nice and helpful, the food was good but if you got a vip pass the food was amazing at the elite and coast proper coffee shop and kebab house free and all named drinks was free , it’s a very good resort one of best I’ve been to for a while,

Wasn’t to keen on the garden rooms would’ve preferred the vonresort elite or coast , better rooms

The cottage with our room was near a pool bar and a restaurant, so we were lucky as the hotel is huge , The food is good in general , but unfortunately was not special, Huge variety is breads and cheeses. The snack bar on the beach is in fact is a full scale restaurant so Ok to have lunch there.

The SPA was a kind of challenging. There is no rest area for guests who are not not willing or can't afford a massage service. At least a couple of times the Sauna was cold in the afternoon and was told by the staff it is regulated by a thermostat , so there is nothing to do.

i dint like how staff was behaving with us, i felt bit biases towards asians rather then Europeans . they weren’t really friendly to us,
