I recently stayed at this hotel din Trabzon for six days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could use improvement. **What I liked:** - **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport and right opposite the runway. Despite this proximity, the rooms are highly soundproofed, so the noise from airplanes did not disturb us at all. - **Room:** Our room was spacious, featuring a good Jacuzzi and a beautiful sea view. - **Price:** The hotel offers highly affordable rates during the off-season. However, prices can be a bit steep during peak season. - **Reception:** The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with fluency in both Arabic and Turkish. A special mention goes to Mrs. Fatima, who went above and beyond to organize a surprise for my wife before our arrival, communicating seamlessly through the booking box. - **Room Service:** The room service needs to be more professional. I suggest implementing a checklist for each room to avoid missing any items. - **Breakfast:** There needs to be more variety in the breakfast options. - **Parking:** While there is no on-site parking available, there is a person who takes care of parking your car. - **Amenities:** The cupboard lacked hangers, which would have been useful.

We rent the room for 5 adults but it accomdates only 4 With 5 the space became limited One elevator only for all the rooms waiting time is hight

The property is near the airport. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. The hotel allowed us to change our room and that was so kind of them. Views of the black sea and the airport are seen from the windows.

There was only one elevator and will make you wait longer. Parking spaces are few in front of the hotel but you will always find a spot close by. They don't serve coffee for breakfast, just tea. So this was surprising for us coming from the US. It could be because their guests were mostly from the Middle East. It would be nice if coffee was (even instant coffee) included in the breakfast.

They said free parking but its parked mostly in street , for that place its safe, but no dedicated park for the hotel.

I booked 5 rooms for me and a group of 10 more friends. The manager of the hotel himself contacted me before my arrival asking me if we need any special services on arrival. We were offered a free upgrade. The rooms were clean, big in size. House keeping were offered everyday. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Large variety of food offered in breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to all visitors to Trabzon. I will never hesitate booking in this hotel again and again.

The staff are welcoming and accommodating. They are well-knowledged on the area, thus advising on suitable activities and tours. They were respectful and friendly and ensured guest comfort was the highest priority. The food was enjoyable and salivating. My stay was during Ramadaan; the hotel ensured the dawn meal was prepared for guests that were fasting.

I would have liked a non-smoking room. There was a faint odour of stale smoke, which I could have done without.

The panoramic view is breathtaking. It is without a doubt the best way to relax. The room looks luxurious as shown in the pictures. The room was clean but not spotless. The staff is helpful, specifically Safa (many thanks).

The king-size bed had two mattresses one comfortable and the other too hard. You need a car or taxi to get to the center which is really overpriced in Trabzon. There's only one lift for the whole building so the waiting time can be annoying.

Ma shaa Allah, it was the best hotel ever I have chosen for my trip to Tarabzoon. The staff were so nice and helpful in taking care of us, starting from arrival till the departure. Always available for any help Mr. SAFA , IBRAHIM, SAIFALDEEN & the rest of the staff were there always for us. Location wise, it was away from the noise, always quiet. 3 minutes drive from/ to the airport . Services are all nearby. ( restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, money exchange shops , and children playing ground) I didn't feel that I was in a foreign country. The hospitality of safa, saif & ibrahim was fantastic. Talking about the person who is responsible for parking your car was a professional in talking & taking care The food is yummy always, and breakfast is with different varieties and tasty 😋 I give this hotel 10/10 in everything. There lots choice of breakfast buffet and it very delicious. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very near to the airport and you should not rush go the airport. There lots of restaurant near to the hotel (500m from hotel near to the main road). Best view of black sea and trabzon airport runway

Hotel exceeded my expectations, it was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. I was there for 8 days and it was very relaxing.

Please bear in mind that the hotel is up the hill and if you have a luggage, I suggest to take a buss or a taxi, even though the distance from the airport to hotel is not so far.
