- Beautiful stylish interior design and nice and well designed territory, very good and clean room - Big and comfortable king-size bed - Helpful and understanding personnel, helped me out to arrange a car rental and restaurant bookings around the area - Very good and tasty breakfasts; apparently, we were the only guests in the hotel for the first day of our stay, and everything was at the best level - Comfortable and relaxing spa facilities

- Room design problem with toilet / shower almost in the same room as the bedding and without any separation - Spa seems to need certain refurbishment, could not figure how to turn on the jacuzzi - Nothing at the minibar

I liked the location, hotel beach, excellent breakfast, room size and design, hotel service, spa. It was a pleasant stay with my friend and my family. I would like to thank all the staff esp. Miss Ela and Mr. Fatih Aziz at the reception and Sefa and his colleagues in the restaurant section. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will visit again.

The menu at the restaurant was over priced and could have been more delicious. I did not try the Japanese cuisine.

Great Location with a clean private beach. The amenities are great (especially the Spa and the Indoor heated pool & outdoor pool). The marina is about 30 minutes walking distance away from the hotel and you can find plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff members were helpful and friendly and I would recommend the resort most definitely!

The resort is a bit far from the center but it is manageable to go there by taxi and it takes about 25 minutes. The indoor pool closes at 8 and we were hoping that it could be open 24/7 since it is indoor. Those were minor dislikes but they had no effect on our stay.

I haven’t seen my mother for four years and it was our special Holliday together for 7 nights. We had a room with a picturesque sea view. The hotel is beautiful and minimalistic so it allows you to appreciate the stunning landscape and the company of your loved one. The service was flawless. The room was always tidy and clean. The staff is the most caring and thoughtful. All your needs are gonna be meet. The restaurant upstairs is delicious!! You can have a 3 course meal or just a simple main course or just a salad and you won’t feel awkward about it.

We really loved the hotel and resort and were happy with everything. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned to a very high standard. The beach and decking areas are really lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the resort facilities. The breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection and good quality. The food at the beach bar was also really nice. We also enjoyed the hotel's rooftop restaurant and found the view at sunset to be stunning. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay.

The taxis do take a while to get around the region and the resort is not close to some of the places that we wanted to visit for dinner etc but the location was lovely in other ways, including the view of sunset and the fact that it is a quiet area, where you can have a restful break. It is a very small thing but it would be nice if spoons and napkins were laid out on the breakfast tables, as standard, rather than having to ask staff for them.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very friendly and accommodating at all times. The wellness facilities were luxurious and clean.

The facilities on site were amazing. Their spa/fitness area had a variety of gym equipments and a whole studio section next to it. The hotel has three saunas ( 1 of which is mixed) and an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. All the facilities worked well and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the highlight during with a wide variety of food offerings and the workers there were very attentive and clearing plates and cups ( feel as if this is a skill that’s dying out). Also, shout out to Merve who couldn’t stop being kind and ready to help. The room (3020) was perfect. One could see the pool and ocean from the balcony and the sunsets were amazing as you could see the sun set between two islands in the background. The room itself is also very modern with touchpad controls to control lighting and a well stocked mini fridge with kettle and a Nespresso machine. The shower was very spacious with a rain fall shower head and made of marble- it looked exactly like in the photos. The hotel has a private beach which is very clean and many sun loungers and 4 restaurants ( one which is on the beach and serves really good food)

only downside is that it’s a bit far from everything. On foot you need 30- 40 mins to get the nearest town but taxis are really cheap as well and the reception will order a taxi for you

great location, excellent facilities, exceptionally professional staff (we had a flat tire on the departure day and the shift manager arranged temporary fix and an appointment at the nearest tire shop). I was there at the low season, so cannot provide opinion on the restaurants and shop on the property (if they are on par with spa/gym that were open, I'd expect them to be excellent).

Lights and window blinds were rather confusing to operate. Could not get a sleeping mask as well - that's probably should not be an issue at a five star hotel.

Beautiful property! From the moment you step in you know they’re all about relaxation which is exactly what I needed after the “bruising” pace of Istanbul. Rooms are very spacious, separate bathroom and shower room? double star! The little details they put in the room makes you feel like they thought about your safety and comfort. Anti slip mat for the shower and razor and shaving gel is something you don’t see in most hotels. My most favorite thing about this hotel is the staff. Check in was quick, Alena gave good practical advice on how to get around and where to go. Big shout out to the chef at Cafe Swiss who makes the best Tom Yum soup outside of Thailand!! Believe me, it will hit that comfort spot after a long walk by the beach!! A very special thank you to Shahan from the restaurant as well who went out of his way to make sure I’m happy and got what I needed!! Make sure you ask for Derya when you get your massage, she has great healing hands!! My other favorite thing about this place is the 51/2 miles of walking/hiking/biking path following the sea that leads you to the marina and the town center. Lots of little store and restaurants along the path in case you get tired or hungry. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, big kudos to the staff for making it so. Just what I needed as the leg of my trip. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Too far from Bodrum City (30 min./600 lira worth of ride) but it’s no a game changer coz I love the laid back vibe of Tuegetreis.

where do I start? The interior design - simple and classy; staff members - polite and courteous but not too much; The room with sea view - spacious, nice design elements, view is to die for; Beach - clean and relaxing, plenty of sunbeds on sand and decking areas, the sea wasn’t calm when we went but totally swimmable Breakfast - plenty of choice and super fresh ingredients We had a very late flight on our last day, so we left our luggage there after check out. The hotel offered us to stay and use their amenities whole day if we wish (apart of the room ofc) but we opted to visit other places. When we returned, tired and hot, the hotel let us to use their spa facilities, complete with sauna and steam room! We left super refreshed and happy. Thank you to everyone in Swissotel for making our stay truly memorable!

The only thing I can think of is the prices at beach bar and cafe - I think the drinks are cheaper in Central London. But it is totally 5* hotel, so maybe I shouldn’t complain…
