Nice breakfast, friendly staff, room was fine. Handy for the town centre but far enough away to be quiet... we thought!

The people in the room next door were very loud, partying until about 3 am meaning we did not get a good night's sleep. We reported this at reception in the morning and the lady was going to inform the manager when she arrived on duty. Of course the management was not to blame but it did make us think we could have done with telephone number to call in such an event. We felt pretty isolated and anxious. Drunken shouting, vomiting in the car park close to our car. We believe 6 people were involved.

Breakfast and dinner were great and the staff were welcoming and efficient. There was a large crowd on our first night, but the staff remained. Unrattled - well done. Our room was clean and well cared for. The laundry ( yes, needed on a long touring holiday) was located close to our room and fortunately, not busy!

There were several old sports cars parked near to us and unfortunately the owners revved their vehicles quite early waking us up in the morning and, accompanied this with loud conversations back and forth. Our ‘neighbours’ agreed that they were selfish and careless in their behaviour. They were certainly old enough to know better

Kalgoorlie is a mining town, so alot of the workers stayed at the motel, they weren't noisy and we're quite pleasant to talk to. The staff are absolutely lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was beautiful and well cooked, and the free continental breakfast was decent with pancakes small pastries a good selection of toast and spreads. While the rooms are a little older, they were clean and comfortable 👌

The only thing I could pick on, and this isn't that big of a deal was there need to be a couple more power points especially near the bed

The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The beds are warm, extra blankets if needed. The rooms are far enough away from the highway so that you don’t hear traffic noise to keep you awake. They provide a continental breakfast in the morning which is part of the room rate, and a lovely surprise for us. There is a good range of cereals, bread, fruit, yoghurt and juice. All in all, we had a good couple of nights here and would definitely stay again.

Have stayed before & will again. Friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms are comfortable & very clean, cold air con, extra pillows & blankets in cupboard & iron/ironing board. Parking directly outside room. No issues with free WiFi.

The hotel is one of Kals best kept secrets. The rooms are very clean, bed super comfortable, sensational value for money, great breakfast, great location and the staff were very helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is having either lounge chairs or a lounge int he room. When we wanted to watch TV we only had the choice of the hard dining chairs or laying on the bed. This is the only thing we could see that needs improvement.

we traveled back to kal to visit the grave of our son who left us in 1975. the 15th oct 2024 was his 50th birthday. so, we were a bit fragile. the bed was the best we have ever slept in and would like to know the brand and name of the mattress. the restaurant meals we had were spot on and staff were excellent. 11out of ten to all.

a fly wire door on room would be nice. we sleep with windows and door open at night at home.

the pillows are a bit hard so asked for softer ones much better the music in the dining area is boring maybe just a radio in the background would be fine now that the tv is gone maybe a few bigger plates out for breakfast for toast and pancakes other ones to small just fit a piece of toast

the breakfast selection is fine the menu is great good servings staff very helpful close to everything coffee etc in the room good laundry

The location, friendliness of staff. The room was neat and comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent and evening meals had a good choice. Each time that we have come we have been given Room 27 which we like, especially as it is on the end.

There was no orange juice at breakfast. The artificial fragrance/air freshener in the room was overpowering and can affect those with sensitive noses.

Large comfortable room with a king size bed. Extremely clean. Free laundry facilities. Our breakfast was included in our deal. It was filling and had a good variety of Continental foods. Hot breakfast was available at an additional cost.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking directly outside our room.

The bathrooms were dated ( maybe classified as Retro)! However they were extremely clean and hot water pressure was even .
