Room was fine. A kettle in room for tea would have been nice. Breakfast was plentiful, but difficult as despite many seats available in the dining room there was strict control over when you could go in. We were told the busy time, but this did not coincide with when it was actually busy. We went for breakfast at quite different times each of the three days and it was always busy. It's clear lots of tour groups use the hotel and if you go down at the same time as one of the tour groups, then your wait can be long. Staff at front desk very helpful - located my backpack that I left on the airport bus quickly and efficiently

The coffee was dreadful. Really bad

I loved my room with a large bed! The comfortable pillows and beautiful view with a refrigerator and large screen tv. Being a member of IHG also included a complimentary bottle of water every day, which I really appreciated.

The first three days I was there.They kept forgetting to replace the bathrobe, that is provided with room,, though after those first three days, all was fine.

Cleanliness was superb and room was spacious. Amenities provided were excellent! They provided cleaning everyday, sheets and towels were replaced. Close by to main sapporo station which made it convenient to commute. Concerige staff were mostly able to converse in english which was a bonus. The airport bus stops right infront of the hotel. Truly a comfortable stay for me and my family!

Room is spacious, comfortable bed and clean. Take lift to reception situated at the second floor. TV has CNN channel. There’s a souvenir shop and sundry shop in the building. Airport shuttle bus to new chitose airport cost 1300 yen and pickup just by the road side of hotel. About 1.5 hours to reach airport as bus would make a few more stops to pickup passengers.

1. Close to Sapporo JR station, nice walking distance. 2. Close to shops like Daimaru, 东急 and Stella Place. 3. Very clean rooms, even the facilities a little bit out of date. 4. Breakfast is OK, it has western style buffet and Japanese style bento box.

They can only keep the luggage until 8pm at night, where as other hotels can keep like 24 hours. This is not very convenient if you come back from sightseeing.

Front office staff had a good command of english and checked us in in record time, thank you. Charming and young Fo staff are. The room was very comfortable and the amenities complete, thank you very much, though the room was not located at a high floor, as requested, but a middle one. Looking forward to a specified floor next time. Laundry was efficient and clean. Received our items on time and neatly wrapped individually(!). Very impressive.

The gym being “tight,” reservation requirement was understable but the lady at the gym’s entrance with whom we inquired was not very encouraging and slightly uptight with her responses…seemingly having a sore day.

Centrally located to major town destinations.

Too bad they don’t have a microwave in the room or on each floor; there is only one located downstairs in the lobby! Ice machine is also located on ground floor with no buckets to retrieve back to room; very inconvenient for what they charge for each day stay.

The hotel is close to the station. Easy to walk to the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, we walked to the station every morning. From there you can very easy take bus or train to your destination. You can also walk from the hotel to other sightseeings in central Sapporo. A 24 hour shop is connected to the hotel, were you can buy food, snacks, drinks and more. There is also a souvenir shop on the second floor. Room was good. Big enough for just a have rest and sleep. Bathroom was also good.

Maybe just a litlle bit too hard bed but it was ok for a few nights. That is the comoon problem for almost all hotels in Japan.

The room is as expected, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional. Location is spot on. Their attention to Covid rules is first class and I felt safe staying at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel was reasonable and very good. Happy to go back and stay with them.

Staff do not speak English well and found it hard to communicate with them. Also no bell boys to help with the luggage when we just arrived and didn’t know where to go and before check in. But once I checked in, they show us to our rooms.

The breakfast was value for money. The variety provided was reasonable. Location of the hotel was central as it was within walking distance to Sapporo Station and a number of snapping malls and eateries.

The selection of TV programmes was very limited. Would appreciate news in English; not just in Japanese.
