The beds were large and very comfortable, and the sea view was fantastic. Each room has a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. Everything matched the description — no exaggerated marketing. The food at the rooftop restaurant was good, and we were even allowed to use the pool after checkout, which was a nice bonus. The WiFi was strong, and most restaurants, beaches and coffee places are within walking distance, except for the historical city center.

When we checked in, there was no hot water, but it was fixed within an hour. We also tried to use the coffee machine in the room, but unfortunately, it didn’t work.

We spent two nights here and loved the central location right in town; the clean, modern rooms; and the rooftop pool and bar. We ate two meals at the hotel restaurant and they were excellent (in particular the shrimp ceviche). Also lots of other restaurants within walking distance. We booked a king room facing the lagoon (instead of the ocean) and found it quiet at night. The blackout curtains kept the room nice and dark, the bed was cozy.

There was bottled water supplied the first day but nothing after that - which is a bit odd since the tap water isn’t safe to drink so we need the bottled water to make coffee or brush our teeth. We were able to buy bottled water from the restaurant but it was a bit inconvenient. It would also be fantastic to have a mini fridge, particularly for longer stays.

Room was very nice and new. Modern, well furnished, comfortable bed and lots of outlets. Right on the Boardwalk, El Malecon. Close to restaurants, shopping, within walking distance.

Lots of music and traffic noise at night. The price you pay for being right on the coast. Interestingly enough, the rooms on the backside of the hotel have a water view of a canal, which is quite nice. Breakfast was not included, as advertised. On the top floor they have a large, covered, open air, buffet area where they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each meal is the same price, 200 pesos, quite reasonable. Food is plentiful and good, not excellent, but very convenient and comfortable.

Great location, the pool view was nice you can also take really good pictures in the balcony. The bartenders & servers in the pool area were really nice & made really good drinks. Every employee there was very friendly & made my family & I feel welcomed. Security made sure only guests would go into the hotel & didn't let people wonder around so it's a pretty safe hotel as well. Rooms are spacey they have smart tv's & nice comfortable beds.

General Areas were fine. The Pool view is nice. The room view is very nice. The parking lot is very comfortable. The restroom is very clean.

The restaurant is horrible, do not even try it. The pool was not very clean, they use seawater, so it is very salty and sandy. There is a lot of noise at night if you are planning a time for rest, this is not the place. The elevators are always very crowded, sometimes you need to wait for 15 minutes to use them. The room is completely humid and full of moisture and fungus.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. When we checked out of the hotel we left 3 jackets int he closet. One of them contained my husbands passport. Today we contacted the manager and he found the jackets and ensured that the passport was in the pocket.

I tried calling the front desk this morning to inquire about my jackets and the person answering didn't speak English. I asked for someone who spoke English and her reply was NO. She then said something in Spanish and all I understood was Manana. I then phoned a Spanish friend and asked him to phone for me.

That u can't bring extra people to your room to just hang out or to the pool. Because they are not included in your reservation and u all need a wristband that way the hotle people no that you do belong there.

Location of property was perfect super clean and great facilities.

Staffing was rude overall I’m still going to give this hotel an amazing review. I understand that the hotel is new and is probably needs Staffing. One thing I can say is that during my stay in the server during the time that we were at the pool was very rude. I would definitely recommend hiring good staffing with good people skills to help bring in revenues. We didn’t order anything at the pool because simply nobody asked if you would like anything.

Great Price / Great Location. Rooms are big and comfortable and the seaview and overall view is just awesome

We were on the top floor and one night the roof top bar had an event which only ended at 3am. From the street there is some noise from the party cars on the weekend, but its bareable. One day some troubles with the internet all day. Despite those things I would recommend and book again

Better gym, provide with mat for floor stretching, restaurant with menu. Hotel only has room service and buffet option.
