All overall the hotel it is very nice,the staff very professional but I think that the pay for the parking it shouldn't be imposed and for using the swimming pool also. Honestly nowhere in the world I have seen such a thing. The AC not too strong, we like our room to be pretty cold summer time, to feel fresh. At night I was sweating. Otherwise they did made the effort to tell us in case we consumed anything at the restaurant or coffee shop they will deduct the parking which at the end was a good thing. The cofee shop has excellent people serving. Front desk outstanding too. I would love to return to this place anyways.

I didn't like the fact that they don't offer free breakfast, free parking, free swimming pool. They are charging for everything. The rooms are not cheap at all so would be nice to give the costumers something back. They did offer a cookie 😃 when we got to the hotel but my sugar level way to high ,I couldn't eat it😃😃

A great perk of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea is its location right next to the Nymphea swimming and thermal pool, which adds a wonderful relaxation option. It’s a perfect spot if you're looking to unwind. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was attentive. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Oradea.

One downside of the DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea is the lack of electric car charging stations. The parking area was too small, with limited spaces, and there’s an additional charge for parking on top of the room cost. However, you can get a small credit if you purchase a drink at the bar, which slightly offsets this inconvenience.

The hotel staff was nice and helped usbwith what we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious woth a nice view over the river. The hotel restaurant was nice and when it cam time for breakfast it was specious as well.

It seems being a hotel guest does not bing with it some amenities that you would expect and have used at other hotels even other hotel from the same brand. You have to pay for parking and the spa is not included. They could make an option when booking to have them included in the price so youbwould know the actual cost.

Breakfast is good. Panorama lift is nice. Hotel service is friendly and the whole hotel is clean. The building is nice, new and modern. Panorama is beautiful on the river and on the city. We were there second time and rented two rooms. A very new and modern bath is in the neighborhood. It is in the middle of city on the riverbank but the traffic in the street of the hotel is little. There are sport possibilities in the hotel and there is a running track in front of the hotel in the park. There are shops near to hotel in one km distance.

The rooms under roof are noise because of air ventillation system on the roof.

Breakfast is good, location with a beautiful view. Room is comfortable.

The internet is uncrypted (this is not safe at all and I would not recommend to anyone to log on an unsecured WiFi network) and very slow. It is like you have travelled back in time some 10 - 15 years. The indoor pool is very expensive for the hotel guests but there are also persons with subscriptions and children for swimming lessons. I wonder if any local would pay that much for a visit to the pool, since the area is full of other thermal pools that are not inside a 4 star hotel.

Hotel located a short walk from the centre. Great location right on the river, you can start your day with breakfast on the terrace. Two bedroom suite on the 6th floor spacious, comfortable, with fabulous views. Excellent service, both in terms of cleaning and at reception and restaurant. The only minor downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom working a little poorly (in the living room the cooling worked perfectly).

Room was spotless clean. The provided toiletries were good quality. The towels were soft. Dinner was tasty. Breakfast had multiple choices.The coffee was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.☕️😃 Gym was very well equipped. The pool area was big enough with plenty of lounge chairs and beds. Clean lockers. All staff members spoke very good English.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Pet friendly. Water bowls for dogs were provided in the reception area. ATM machine available.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The room itself was well furnished with lots of seating and storage space. The bathroom was clean and had high-quality toiletries. The view from the room was pleasant as well. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of choices to choose from. The spa is spacious and has a large swimming pool and two saunas (one dry, one wet). The jacuzzi had hot water, which was a nice touch as opposed to the colder water from the swimming pool. The whole spa experience is very relaxing.

The spa and high-speed internet being an additional cost was weird but not that bad.

Room was palatial. Spotlessly clean, newly refurbished (or very well-maintained). Bed was enormous with crisp sheets and very comfortable. Staff couldn't have been more obliging, bringing us a glass of milk for our daughter in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of local treats and a wide selection of the usual international fare. Buffet dishes varied day to day. Good location right next to the Nymphea waterpark and 5 minutes from the park and playground in the other direction. Lovely river views and nice armchairs set up overlooking the view.

Costly day rate to use the pool as part of the spa - not viable if you want to do a quick dip each morning. More flexibility here would have been ideal.

Hilton Oradea We were a couple + two teenage boys and a car. The hotel is wonderful 👌 the view is gorgeous. The adjacent lake with the family of beautiful swans was charming. The hotel staff is very attentive and kind. Even when there was a problem with the air conditioner, they immediately changed our room. Outdoor parking close to the hotel at a cost of €10 per day. The hotel is very close to the water park. There is an additional charge for breakfast, so pay attention and take this into account. Dinner can be eaten at the hotel's restaurant. Delicious and wonderful food with kind and smiling staff. We enjoyed our stay with you and thanks to the lovely Brigita who helped us and recommended a wonderful rafting about an hour's drive from the hotel, we had a great time. And thanks the kind staff at the reception and the wonderful DJ with the good music.

The hotel does not have any discount or arrangement with the water park. Maybe it's an idea for you to think about it for your guests... 🤔 And the hotel's pool also costs 80 lei per person per day. People pay a lot of money to stay in a hotel, so the pool can be part of the hotel service. Hilton Hotel, take this into account, it's time to change arrangements for the sake of your guests!
