Quick response from guest services for the room not being totally ready when we arrived. Dirty towels were left in the closet and the bathroom was not stocked.

The fact we had a not ready room when we arrived and had to ask guest services to come in and get dirty towels and restock the bathroom. The five dollar a day parking pass that was not advertised. It was not in an area where parking spaces are a concern such as downtown. It was like a hidden fee and felt like a rip off.

VERY comfortable beds!! Soft sheets and nice padding, clean comfortable carpet, TV was huge and on an awesome swivel mount, plenty of closet space and two drawers. Very clean and updated, awesome pool and spa. Pet friendly but no grass to speak of for them except in the courtyard.

HORRIBLE breakfast and coffee, completely inedible. The balcony was sagging/tilting downward and the railing held on by silicone, not a safe feeling at all; even the floor inside the room was sloped. Shower was very narrow and strange toilet felt like a port-a-potty, but clean.

The clean atmosphere

The front lady who checked my boyfriend and I in at 4 had a serious unwelcoming attitude. I work hospitality, so even smiling and saying “ Have a great stay “ would’ve made us comfortable. She had attitude and didn’t say much.. After hours, the guy working front desk was the same unfortunately. I kindly asked if there were any extra cots for my guest and he said “I don’t think so”.. Without double checking he jumped right to saying that he didn’t think so.. My stay was great, but the staff could use a little more nicer attitude.

The front office staff were friendly and answered all the questions we had. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a coffee bar in the lobby to buy coffee (e.g. Starbucks) in the morning which was perfect to not have to leave the hotel.

The TV did not allow you to use the applications (e.g. Netflix). It continued to say that there was no Wifi connected; however, the wifi was available to use on phone and laptop. The cleaning crew came knocking on the door before 11am requesting we leave the room to check out. When staying at a hotel, I prefer to not be rushed to leave my room if I am paying to have it until 11am.

I did not partake of the breakfast as it was not part of the cost of my room. It's very close to a Bisbee Breakfast Club establishment (literally right next door) and the food there is very good and reasonably priced. I did not check out the pool, but did make use of the exercise room (treadmill, weights and benches).

Generally speaking, nothing. I thought the entire hotel was entirely acceptable.

We really appreciated the amenties offered here. The room was very clean, quiet, loved the blackout curtains, furnishings and accessibity of usb's and outlets.

Thought it was a lot odd to have the parking surcharge for one vehicle. That may of been spelled out, but I did not see that. It's not a deal breaker, as the place was great, but it does change the rate a little and it feels like it's a hidden charge.

The hotel was very clean, the room was clean, and everything was in its place. The shower was clean , and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice that our room had a large balcony. We could sit outside in the morning and drink our coffee. Kids loved the free wifi

The only negative thing I have to say is when turning on the TV. Our remote was not working to change imput to HDMI 2 or volume. I couldn't figure out the channel thing, so I started to look behind the TV, I noticed the cable HDMI cord was not plugged in, so then that's why the channels weren't working.... luckily, I had taken my own HDMI cord, plugged it right in and connected my tablet for watching Netflix or Disney+.

First time ever staying at a Sonesta property. Everything about this property was great for the price we paid. Very spacious lobby and "social gathering" area upon entry. I'm sure it helped being Summertime here and 110 degrees but the rate paid was excellent for such a nice property. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed and multiple pillows provided were comfy. The surrounding area is LOADED with great shops and restaurants.

Apparently you can pay for breakfast but nothing was out there at 7:45am. They have you pay $5 for parking which is odd as there's no shortage of parking in the area.

Clean, comfortable, and staff helpful. The lobby is big and great for working. Loved the they have a little cafe to get drinks and a quick breakfast and an place to grab snacks after hours. Room was spacious, has nice big easy to access closet and a little sofa (with a foot rest) that could fold out into full size bed. Mini fridge and microwave were under a counter cabinet for a clean look and Lee space to spread out. A tasteful way to make an upgrade on your tradition luggage rack was the little rolling drawer unit to pulled out from under the desk. Two drawers for your belongings underneath, and a safe place for your suitcase to unfold off the bed and the floor OR a bench to sit on. Overall they offer great amenities for the price in a tastefully appointed comfortable room with nice mattresses. And they are pet friendly.

I have a service dog who alerts me to what I cannot hear, I was woken at all odd hours throughout the night to guests coming and going like they had been partying or were otherwise just in the hallways hanging out outside my door. Someone’s at the door, someone’s at the door, someone’s at the door, starting at roughly 3am and continuing till 8 am every half hour or so, just people. Back and forth. All night.

The bed was wonderful on 60 year old backs. Guest laundry is available, even though the website doesn’t mention it. Large public spaces both indoors and outdoors, was excellent for our 20 person get together. The staff are great: helpful and friendly, kudos to the staff and the management that selected them. We had a 20 person pizza party, for which we re-arranged all their dining furniture; when the party was over the staff cheerfully told us they would put the furniture back in place. (We set it back the way we found it.)

Walk in shower was good, but could use a refresh; the shower pan is high traction plastic which is safe, but retains dirt over time. Oh yeah, I’m 6’2” and had to duck under the shower head (I’m used to it, but do appreciate hotels with higher shower heads). It is close to the freeway, which is convenient, but some rooms can be noisy (some are quiet, so if this is important, ask for a quiet room).
