We had lukewarm water for showers, but when we asked about it, the maintenance man had it fixed within minutes. Excellent!! Breakfast options were varied each day, and hot. Breakfast staff was always friendly. We were there for 5 days.

We had 1 bath towel each, and 1 hand towel each. We had no wash cloths. We went to the desk to get them ourselves. No problem getting them.

Helpful and courteous staff! The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff cleaned our room daily, with the change of bedding and towels. The breakfast is very good.

The WiFi is very poor and there is no WiFi connection in my room on the 4th floor. The WiFi only works in the reception area.

Front desk was very knowledgeable but not very friendly. Clean was very comfortable and clean very nice stay. Well worth the money and for sure would recommend this motel.

Front desk wasn't all that friendly or welcoming. An older lady sitting on the phone behind the desk was speaking in another language very loudly over top of us. Kinda felt that was rude.

the location was great, walking distance to several restaurants, gift shops and Wal Mart for any last minute needs. the ride to Disney and Universal was under 30 min. the lobby was modern and clean, the staff was friendly. the bed was comfortable and clean. microwave and fridge in room was great for quick breakfast.

the room was dated and the carpets not very clean, and the shower didn’t drain well. the free breakfast was a Hot Pocket and granola bar, so we bought food from WalMart. the shuttle to and from theme parks was a joke, coming only once in the am and one trip back… and it drops you off at a transit station, where you then wait for another bus or shuttle. skip this and pay the thirty dollars a day for lyft or uber.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was kind and informative. The hotel was clean and provided a large assortment for breakfast. The pool was clean and very accessible to get to. Plus having a restaurant on site made things so easy. The food was delicious, we ate there three times on our stay. I will definitely be staying here next year when we come again. Thank you so much for making our stay so exceptional!

The staff was very helpful 😁 I enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was awesome my grandson has autism and he really enjoyed this hotel because all of the people that were working always had time to just stop and say hello , because he loves speaking to everyone 😁😘

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were visiting Disney World so the location was perfect, less than a ten minute drive to all the parks. The value was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast saved us a bunch of money and it was more than adequate. It was the perfect hotel for our purposes.

The hotel room was a little musky, but this was expected and anticipated based on previous reviews. We really did not have a problem with this issue because we hardly spent any time at all in the room. The room was clean and spacious. For the value, this hotel is a good choice is you are traveling on a budget and simply need easy access to Disney World.

Easy to get to. Great staff. Since it’s located next to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we thought we would be safe away from fireworks.

They allowed someone to set off fireworks in the parking lot. We specifically asked about fireworks as we were trying to get away from them.

Front desk staff was "bleh"....Not rude but not friendly either. Both the evening and morning women working the desk were this way. They didn't greet us or the others I saw going to the desk. They seemed bored and indifferent. They did answer our questions and were efficient in doing their job but they just weren't what we usually see in the hospitality industry.

Near Disney, but not in Disney is a plus, the shrimp restaurant was great, lot's of places to eat nearby, nice ample and clean room, the mattress was to jumpy but confortable enough for a week's sleep. Most importantly helpful staff, had to leave an expensive Amazon return, even in my abcense the process went smoothly, that's peace of mind and it's invaluable.
