Love the beach location! The room was nice.

When we opened our room refrigerator to put our soda in, we found leftover food from the previous guest. Obviously the refrigerator had not been cleaned prior to our arrival..

Staff at check in and check out was great. Room and location were excellent. The beach was awesome. Everything was very clean. People were seen cleaning the public areas during work hours which I liked.

Sloppy Joes Restuarant was not very good. The drinks were watered down. I don't think there was alcohol in the drink I had. The food was subpar for the price that we paid. I would have had my extended family meet me there the next day if the quality would have been there. I would have liked to have been offered an itemized receipt when I checked out.

The pool was large and had a hot tub with a bar right next door....the lobby was gorgeous and staff was very welcoming! I got a double room with a kitchen and everything was very clean....unfortunately we were forced out early due to mandatory evacuation because of the hurricane and i was immediately reimbursed for my last two nights.the Beach is very close and cabana rentals...the hotel also provides beach towles and chairs! Will definitely be staying here again!

The location is fantastic! In the photos, you can tell that the ocean is a walk and we were concerned about dragging all our stuff through all that sand, but the walk is a breeze. The sand was packed down and easy to traverse. In addition, EVERYONE we encountered was kind, helpful, and professional. It was a delight.

We stayed a week and our room was only cleaned once, and we don't believe it was vacuumed. It was a little disappointing.

The beach front rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

No being directly above the bar/restaurant/music. Have stayed here several times and was disappointed with the location of room given to us for a “long stay”

there were several things we liked. the location was one of the biggest

we loved our visit, however, when we checked in, we were not told about the towels or chairs or bicycles available. Put in a room at the palms.. each day, we spent money making chairs and eyebrow us at the beach, which was unnecessary. That was a little disappointing to us, as we felt that was a waste of money.

The room was very nice, and the ocean view was awesome. The amenities were incredible with the ability to get bikes to ride and chairs for the beach free of charge. The beach area was clean and kept in great condition.

The elevators were very old and small. They were also hot and seemed to not have air running in them. While they didn't make up the room each night as expected, we did ask for more towels in the room 3 times and never received them.

60th Birthday celebration with my 2 sister.in.laws also both named Carol and we all turned 60 within 7 months!!!! We loved the view from our balcony of the Gulf, the room with a cook stove so we could cook our own breakfast, and the convenient location to tour Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, & Anna Maria Island. Comfy beds. We hope to stay again and make it an annual girls' get.a.way!! Oops, I forgot to mention the heated pool we used nightly until 10pm and hot tub as well as the 'cooler' pool for the afternoon sun. Publix is kiddie.corner from the hotel for food, etc. GREAT Pina Coladas

excellent view of beach available beach chairs & complimentary H2O Bilmar beach cafe, Sloppy Joes, convenient and reasonably priced with good food.

Luggage carts only located in lobby necessitating pushing cart across parking lot and negotiating steep incline to access elevators located in separate building which also can use some upgrading such as replacing floor rugs in rooms

The hotel staff were the best. They were very inviting and very nice. The hotel was super clean. Our room was GREAT..very very clean. Great location...in walking distance to stores and restaurants..walking access to the beach. Would definitely stay again..was super impressed..I can't say enough about it.
