The Staff were super friendly, beds and pillows comfortable and great having AC in the room. Had a nice view of the ocean was a great place and location. Handy having an ABC Store across the street! Clean and very tidy and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Pool wasn't opened when we first arrived but opened a couple of days before we left which was amazing. Need to have a more variety of fresh fruit available for breakfast

The breakfast was very nice, although I would have liked for the hours available to have been a little longer. The location was great, near the beach and right across the street from a bus stop! The pool and hot spa pool were great! The assistance with getting a cab to the airport when we left was outstanding!

The room was a bit cramped and had only one electric socket from which we had to unplug the lamp to utilize. Also there was no writing desk, guessing that was because the room was so small. It would have been helpful if the bus schedule and fares were available for us to use.

I loved how clean and extremely kind the staff was! They accommodations were great! The breakfast service was great and I loved how everyday they made the bed and restocked towels! The employees were super kind and generous! With all honesty it was really the best hotel! I will be recommending this place and will be staying here for future stays!

Only thing that I wish they had was Roku connection where I could connect to the tv for Netflix or other services because it was only cable channels available. But it was no big deal other than that everything was excellent!

Service and pepper were friendly and helpful.

Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking extra as guests. Paid 196$ more than I expected. When people close doors they should be told to close them softly not allow them to slam. It was very loud and startling at times. Elevators tool long but that’s because there were so many people arriving at the same times and leaving at same times. Chairs in eating area can be replaced with new ones. Makes the hotel look unkept. Our room was small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed. Bathroom door should be changed to a door that actually locks and not see through. People eating outside should be warned not to leave food unattended or birds will come.

Hotel was clean and location is great, check-in was quick and easy. Room was a bit smaller for 4 people but that may be due to 2 queen size beds in the room (only hotel we could get that). Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff was terrific, they handled breakfast rush, cleaning and catering with smiling faces.

The bathroom was quite small. We visited during Christmas/New Year holidays which meant too many people, resulting in long queues at breakfast and seating capacity issues.

Good location within walking distance to the beaches and shops. The room, although smallish, was modern with great facilities including a safe deposit box. The gym was great, so was the spa but the swimming pool is small for a hotel of this size. The breakfast was good with reasonable choices of food; queue system and staff were very efficient during the busy periods.

Was great to have a free water dispenser at the lobby, but its sensor needs to be fixed as it kept shutting off even though the bottle wasn't full yet.

Location was excellent - right in downtown Waikiki. Room could use a facelift (like newer carpet), but overall, beds were comfortable and sheets were fresh and clean. Breakfast was generous. Loved the tomato basil soup and the fact that they had hot oatmeal everyday was a bonus. Happy that they also served decaf coffee and 4 kinds of juice! Nice egg omelette patties.I

I don't really like paying $34.00 resort fee considering I did not use the pool or the gym.

Excellent location and room cleanliness, having complimentary breakfast was very convenient.

First hotel I stayed at, where they asked for each individual's name who were staying in the room. Not sure why the hotel needed my children's name, seems to be a sense of not trusting guests. Also, the reminder of the rates, specifically, highlighted the rate was for the number of adults and children I had booked. Other than this anomaly, stay at the property was fine.

Breakfast was exceptional, variety of options, food was hot and replenished quickly. We were able to check in early, staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially Gladys. She acknowledged us every time she seen us, making us feel appreciated.

The first room we entered had a water on the floor and black chuncks in the tub, however when we notified the staff, they moved us to a different room.

The view from the hotel is stunning and the walkability to the beach, restaurants and shopping is good. The bus goes right past the door of the hotel and it is easy to catch a taxi. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi was good.

It was a little bit expensive for the age of the hotel and the location. A few things in the pool area were in need of repair such as the tiles around the pool, fencing and needed new shuffle board equipment.
