The room was spacious with all-new furniture, making it feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. I also appreciated the new hair dryer in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. There was plenty of parking space, and the breakfast was great with a comfortable dining area.

Although my stay was comfortable, I felt the parking lot seemed a bit unsafe, which made me take all of my belongings out of the car and up to my room. It was also a bit inconvenient since my room was on the 2nd floor, and I had to carry everything up the stairs.

12/2024 they are in the process of remodeling. Our room was completely refurbished. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. Good value. Breakfast was just the normal. Hopefully the nightly rates don't increase after the remodeling is complete. We travel thru that area twice a year. We will return as long as the nightly rates remain reasonable.

Location wasn't great but not bad either. No real parking for larger pulling rigs

The room was clean and I think probably almost new as there was remodeling being done with all the rooms. The room itself was quiet. Didn't hear loud people or kids or traffic. And the AC worked really great.

Our room smelled of paint. There were no curtains so no view. Felt kinda closed in. I understand there's renovations being done as there was part of the facility sectioned off. Lots of tall weeds in the front. Kinda looked Junkie from the street.

The property is being renovated so when we entered our room it was literally brand new! i was Leary about staying the night at any hotel but this place was exceptionally clean all furniture, rug, appliances brand new, bedding also! We loved and and will recommend it to all we know

Location is not the greatest roads are damaged from big rigs but hotel is gated and felt safe

Recently renovated room was shiny and clean and comfy. Rooms face the courtyard so hwy 5 noise was hardly audible. Staff folks were very nice. Pool looked beautiful! Variety of dinner options nearby.

No plugs by the bed. However the whole place is under renovation so this minor inconvenience may be fixed soon.

Location was close to where we were working. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm. Shower/bath met our needs.

Continental breakfast was only breads. No eggs, sausage, or bacon. No herbal teas. Construction messes all over outdoors. Our windows was boarded up so no view of outside was available.

I was traveling for several weeks and the places where I stayed are a bit of a blur. The young man who greeted me when I arrived was pleasant and quite helpful explaining where my room was and filled me in on breakfast in the lobby. But I had such a long drive to get to Santa Nella from Orange County that I slept so long I missed breakfast. But that was not a problem because I travel with a small cooler and a small bag of breakfast things! Your hotel is far superior to the Quality Inn in Barstow CA. I tried to check in there and they refused to accept my Chase Bank VISA debit card and demanded I give them the room rate plus an extra $100.00 in cash. Needless to say I found another hotel nearby who welcomed me with open arms. Because of that I was completing sleeping in my car overnight but decided to give your place a chance. And I was quite happy with that decision. Definitely will stay with you the next time I am in Santa Nella.⁸⁸

I was pleased that there was a security gate to get to the room. It took me by surprise (most hotel don't provide that level of security.) The only problem that l had was trying to keep the gate open and at the same time get my things inside the secure area. But I figured it out, l shouldn't have tried to carry so much stuff at one time!

We were in room 223. Very quiet despite being close to the road. Beds very comfortable and the room was super clean. The pool appeared clean (we did not use it however due to time) breakfast was included and there was sausage patties and eggs. Cereals , Toast and waffles. Juice and coffee but no fruits.

I loved that all the rooms looked out on a grassy courtyard & pool. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good... We will definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great place1

This motel is absolutely charming. It's an old building, but the lobby has been decorated as a bit of Paris. Very cute! Our room was very large, beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed, and a sparkling bathroom. We felt so at home with a sofa and classic art work. The breakfast room reflected the Parisian theme. It was huge, sunny, with classy furniture, including sofas. Breakfast was nicely presented with waffles, boiled eggs, several kinds of juice, yogurt, coffee, etc. We liked the enormous, grassy central courtyard with the rooms arranged around it so that we felt secluded and hardly were aware of nearby traffic.

The pool was being renovated, so was unavailable.
