Beds & linens were great! Front desk staff (Eric) was extremely helpful & professional.

The breakfast selection was very limited. The shared living space did not have enough seating for 4 people. While the Pack & Play for our infant was appreciated… there was no sheet available to fit it.

Front desk personnel was not good . Bed light & hotel phone not working, torn curtain reported nothing was done. was supposed to get room cleaning service every other day when they didn’t come I asked the front desk to help and next day nobody came again. Finally came the day before I left (5 night stay). When checking out they were supposed to email final invoice I had to ask for one from Marriott to get it 5 hours later. Training needed or new staff

Room size with kitchen was great. Really liked the location and mountain view. Breakfast spread was very decent.

I was there for just over a week and they performed room service once, which is fine but all they did was put clean sheets on bed and clean towels. No vacuuming or other cleaning performed. Also building is not very soundproof, can easily hear your neighbors. For a light sleeper this is difficult.

Overall the place was very nice

The guaranteed booking.com reservation was not received by the motel. I was mistakenly checked in as my son - I had no reservation. In the process of getting a room charges attributed to my son were placed in my accoun as well as in his account.t The manager Jeremiah Johnson was unable to remove the excessive Charges approx. $700.00. I am still challenging the credit charges. Booking.com has doe nothing for me and the motel has not credited my account.

Good room for 2 days in Denver with a mini kitchen. We liked the safe and quiet location. Staff was friendly.

No groceries or restaurants within 1-2 miles. You need a car. TV in first room didn't work. We wanted to watch a major sports game so this was disappointing. We checked the remote, NO BATTERIES! We asked the front desk for some, they didn't have any! We pulled out batteries from our flashlight which turned TV on but could not access any shows. We were given a replacement remote, different from the first one. It did not even turn TV on. We drove to a Sports Bar (sigh)... did not anticipate that expense. Day 2, we transferred to a different room, TV worked, kitchen essentials /utensils were better stocked. Thanks to the efforts of the sweet young lady working front desk, our Day 2 was a better experience. The circumstances were just inconvenient.

This hotel is located near 4 state parks, beautiful steppe scenery surrounding it. Easy in and out from the highway. Close to mall and grocery stores. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms. Each room is equipped with a full kitchen. The bathroom is a bit small but sufficient. Breakfast has a limited choice but it varies each day. We didn't use the outdoor swimming pool but it looks small. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The Ken Caryl location is beautiful. The kitchen was sectioned off nicely with a partial wall and the layout and size of the suite were perfect for one or two people. Wifi was stable and reliable and I had a dedicated working area. I enjoyed the view of the mountains and slept well in my noise-insulated room; very quiet. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with toiletries, kitchenware, and well equipped with a stove, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. From check-in to check-out I had a great experience and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the roll in shower as I’m handicapped. I was given a first floor room close to the door to access outside so it was very convenient to the handicapped parking.

The loveseat was too low and soft to get out of easily. After barely getting getting off the loveseat I used the office chair to sit in at night but it was to firm to spend the evening in so I had to use the bed instead which wasn’t ideal. The toilet wasn’t flushing well when I first arrived and ended getting plugged up the morning I left.

We were evacuated from the Quarry fire for a week. We loved that you took us in with all of our pets (2 dogs and 2 cats). We wanted to be close to home and Towne Place Suites gave us a home base where we were comfortable and we could have our pets with us.

I loved the location and the cleanliness.

This is the second time I’ve stayed there and this will be my go to from now on when I visit my daughter in Littleton. There really isn’t anything thing I haven’t liked about staying there.
