Location and pool. The night manager was exceptional.

The first room we checked into had a wad of hair on the bed, pillows were askew and there was a small suitcase in the bathroom. We showed a picture to the night manager and she immediately gave us another room.

The queen size bed was my favourite of all. The sheets, comforter and pillows were clean and fresh! The bed was a dream to sleep in. The full breakfast was very good. It would have been better with some fresh fruit 😔

The TV was nice for the size but was annoying not being able to find the menu to show what is on the channels. Didn’t like that I was put into a handicap room. However, I did notice a lot of the rooms being renovated and painted so perhaps that is why a got a handicap room?

Property and facilities were good. The room was clean and good for the value. Close to many restaurants with Walmart located just across the street. Staff was anazing.

Breakfast menu and items are in need of an upgrade. My choice for choosing a hotel is always due to the free breakfast option. Not to mention having a great breakfast places a wonderful start to a day especially when traveling.

Robin at the front desk was really nice and accommodating because I had younger children. I appreciated that. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Overall peacful

I had an adjoining room and could hear my neighbors very easily. Fortunately they weren't loud or disruptive. The chair in my room needs to be thrown away. It was old, very dirty and worn in appearance. The carpet also needs replacing. Those things made the room feel and appear unclean. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable. Definitely overpriced.

Breakfast was basic, nothing that stood out other than not having any regular coffee available. The room smelled strongly of bleach, not sure what they had to clean up, but at least it smelled clean.

The area they reserved for breakfast could have been a bit larger (more tables) and the area felt a bit cramped with everyone trying to get food. People would stand in front of the food to prepare their plates I.e. Butter, salt, pepper...while a line formed behind them.

It was near the highway and it was decent

Very old and rusty appliances. First room we received was a bit concerning because when we got there the door was left halfway open. We later figured out the lock didn’t work. The tv remote was missing the back to it. So we requested another room that locked as we are traveling and concerned for our safety.

The breakfast was good. It would be a good idea to have a more diverse rotation of foods and juices, i.e. have pancakes, pastries, expanded choice of yogurts, etc.

Housekeeping needs much improvement. Gave housekeeper dirty towels & requested replacements. After 2 days, no towels. Had to get them, along with toilet paper, facial tissues, from Office. Had to make special request for housekeeping service of room. Have been here 8 days with no communication re: cleanliness, supplies, replacement of linens, towels, etc. Housekeeping came to provide services after request. Changed sheets & towels. Vacuumed. Did not replenish toilet paper, coffee cups, coffee supplies, water glasses, soaps. Did not wipe down or dust surfaces. Cement surfaces in hallways need deep cleaning.

I liked the area and close to what we needed. Quiet. I liked the hot breakfast but they could serve turkey sausage besides pork Everyone doesn't eat it.

I rate it a 8 only bc of the meat they serve for breakfast and the pool there was kids hitting back flips in pool and it was crowded

I didn’t like the fact that someone was making the waffles at breakfast and asking how many did we want and had no gloves on to make them. That should be stopped I can understand someone watching for limit reasons but preparing it big no and the air in my room did not turn off we had to unplug it to turn it off and when plugging back up and big spark came out

Free wifi. Free breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, grits, juices, coffee, tea, and probably more. It wasn’t like other hotels that have a selection of muffins and bread plus jelly. It was a full breakfast!

The only thing I didn’t like, and I hope this gets posted for others to help them, was that it was too close to the left turn to cross all traffic to get to that lane. But turning right and then again into the parking lot of the hotel next door, you can wait for the next light and turn left to get towards I-10.
